DON'T BOTHER GOING HERE!…read more I purchased a brand new Fender Squier Mini Strat Electric Guitar, a (supposedly leather) guitar strap, and a used Blackstar amp. I only played the Fender Squier Mini once after removing the plastic, and it plays, but it doesn't sound like it should. I also attempted to use the "leather" guitar strap with the Fender (which was suggested by the salesperson for this guitar), but it didn't hold the guitar and started fraying after one use. Then, after using the amp only 3 times, it completely stopped working. It turns on occasionally but none of the buttons work and there is clearly something wrong with the internal electrical system, so it's useless. I reached out to the manager of this store about returning these items but I have not heard back. I would definitely NOT recommend this place!!

What makes this worse is that the school is now refusing to issue a refund, even though no service was provided. Expecting a 30-day notice when the school itself keeps canceling classes last minute is completely unreasonable and ridiculous. This shows a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and no respect for parents' time or money. I do not trust this institute anymore and would not recommend it to anyone.

I needed one tightened and the other rescued from inside and fitted in place. It was late evening. We went to the counter and received some help. We were told that the technician was gone for the day. It required a specialized tool to fix it. We should come back when the tech is in. We thought they would have been more solution oriented as we told them we are return customers. The fact it happened to two instruments was brought up. I thought they would take some accountability. Long story short I went home disappointed. I ordered a bit of hardware to secure the jacks. I watched some videos. I then fished some dental floss through and snagged the interior piece and pulled it through the hole. I adjusted the inside nut, pulled it through and fixed then. There werent any apologies that it happened on two instruments. It was simply - yeah that happens. Bring it back when the tech is in and be can fix them. No offer of a free fix. It just didn't feel like customer service.

Brought my son here to pick out a French horn for his birthday. The appointment was easy to make…read moreonline. We were greeted upon entry and quickly got to the job of trying out several horns. The atmosphere is very inviting and comfortable. They really took their time with us to ensure my son got the horn that he truly wanted. Josh is hands down amazing and you can tell he knows what he's talking about regarding the instruments. And he has a great personality as well. This was an amazing experience and I will certainly be back again should we need another instrument.
