Part of the reason their prices are so low is that they don't have a huge amount of inventory sitting in a showroom. This had me a little apprehensive since I wouldn't have a chance to try the chairs out first or see if I liked one of them in my house before buying 8. Tom offered to have his guys bring the chairs over, assemble one, and bring it in to see if I liked it. If I wasn't satisfied with how it looked in my dining room, he said he'd just take them all back, no problem. So that worked out great and put my mind at ease for the online purchase. The delivery process was also very smooth. They called in advance of heading over like Tom said they would, then assembled the chairs outside in the truck to avoid getting styrofoam bits all over my floor. Carlton out did himself! Talk about great service! You don't get this type of personalized, terrific service in most of the stores, even the elite stores, in DFW. AND the four bookshelves that I ordered that were delivered in days, by very personable and very professional men who took extra care to not bring in a spec of mud on a very wet day, are beautifully made. There is special detailing on the edges that I could not even see on the 1 inch picture. Since I'm now in the loop on this I'll go every year; both times during the year. You can find everything from clothes, dishes, Christmas items, home décor, odds & ends, antiques, furniture, etc. Its a mix up of a thrift store, antique store, yard sale, and estate sale.
