I could've sworn I had left a review already and wanted to come leave ANOTHER one! Dominick helped me and my fiancé pick our bed out months ago! He was very helpful, honest and was just very friendly all the way around! We loved our mattress when we first got it and let me say, we're OBSESSED with it still! Me and my fiancé had both very different preferences and he helped us find the exact perfect one to match us both and I have never had a more comfortable mattress in my life. I really hope he's able to see this but he made a big difference for us and I hope he knows how appreciative we are of him. When our bed was out of stock he looked around and waited for one to come available and when it did weeks later he was first to call us, and we were overjoyed! Dominic Aaron was such a wonderful help to us. We came in on a Saturday to find a mattress for my mother-in-law who was moving to assisted living. He spent all the time we needed and helped tremendously! On Monday we had to go back and exchange it because my mother-in-law didn't care for it. I had Dominic as a salesperson he was very knowledgeable and very friendly and I appreciated that I have been searching for a perfect mattress I had bought a memory foam mattress a few years ago due to back aches but it proved to be too soft for my arthritis so I went back to my old mattress which I started having a lot of back aches, after a lot of research I decided on a hybrid mattress it was perfect I talked to Dominique and they had a special running on the adjustable bed frames and so I took advantage of that and it has been awesome. read more

We did the expert match and The system came up with 8 to 10 mattresses that would fit of course they do not put them in the order for you they just make you a list then you have to go lay on each one of them individually and try them out. Our sales lady was really pushing the tempur-pedic mattresses. She went on to state that she's has one and has had it for 6 to 7 years and it was the most wonderful mattress in the world so after a couple of hours of testing mattresses and discussing. we bought a Tempur-pedic cloud supreme breeze based on her recommendation that it was the best mattress in the world and it had a 12 month love your mattress guarantee if we did not like that mattress within a year they would come and get it. So we bought the mattress --10 months later we call to tell them that it's not right--our backs are killing us we cannot sleep at night and we want them to come get it and we would come to the store and pick out another mattress. The sales person stated after they pulled up our account that they no longer offer the 12 month one year love your mattress guarantee- it was stopped 2-3 months prior to our purchase but the sales lady insisted they still have the one year love your mattress guarantee so I am stuck with a $4300 Tempur-pedic cloud supreme breeze because of this. I even called the corporate headquarters and they stated there is nothing they can do about it. *****Ok sleep experts responded to this review. I have sent them my info. I will update this review as this issue goes thru the process. **** *****So the corporate office called and offered to give us a store credit of $2000.00 but it had to be used in the next 60 days or they would offer a significant discount on another mattress but it had to be used in the next 60 days. We had already purchased another mattress so this so called offer will not work for us. They would not offer any other options. I do appreciate the call but real world options would be better.
