I bought a 2013 Cadillac Ats from here about 6 months ago, and I must say I've loved every minute of it!

As the byline states: "At CarMax, we'll buy your car even if you don't buy ours". That's what I…read morecame here to do. And I'll let you all know right now....it is a grueling, drawn out process. My main complaint is that the expediency (not to mention the attention span) of the employees here are much to be desired. It took nearly 4 hours to sell my truck, which felt like 8 hours, but should have taken maybe 2 hours. Biggest reason for this: after the guy sat down and went over the specs, driving history and condition of my truck, he "forgot" to call me back for the final appraisal. He said he lost my number, which makes no sense seeing as how they enter it into a computer. But I digress. So anyway, there I sat like the impatient goober that I am in the lobby for what felt like an eternity. If I hadn't gotten up to bug the clerks again, I'd have probably sat there till closing time. I dispatch this caveat to you all to say: should you sell a car here, be sure to stay on top of them if it's been longer than an hour or so. It only takes 30 minutes max for them to conduct the inspection of the vehicle. The longest part was everything else; getting seen, running the appraisal and finally...cutting the check. True, they give you the money on the spot....after you've signed away what feels like your life via the 8 pages of contractual blah-blah-blah. Be sure to do your KBB research prior to coming here so you have at least some idea of how much payment to expect. 9 times out of 10, they WILL undercut the Blue Book price by at least a few hundred dollars. That said, CarMax is alright. They certainly beat out their competitors at webuycars.com. The latter claimed they could only offer up to $1000 for my truck. Obviously, I turned them down for a slightly better offer from CarMax. At least they were a lot closer to the KBB range. It was still low, but I felt I needed to accept what I could get at that point. Especially after already sacrificing 4+ hours of my life I'll never get back. A lot of you are probably wondering why I didn't just sell my truck privately. I'm gonna be honest with you: I didn't feel like dealing with the hassle. Too many risks for potentially getting ripped off, doxed, or a return from some angry buyer claiming the vehicle was worse off than it actually was. In short, I just wanted it done right and quickly. In the end, this is the place to go if you want to sell your old vehicle quickly and not get completely ripped off. Don't expect to make a fortune or anything, but....expect a somewhat decent price for not having to sell it privately. One day, I may return to one of these to buy my son an affordable car when the time comes. For now, I'm giving CarMax 3 lonely customers waiting a millennia in the lobby out of 5.

Saw a truck online listed for $18,995, talked to the guy for a few days inquiring about the truck…read more Then when I was ready to see the truck, I called the dealer and asked if it was still available and they said it is and quoted me a price of almost 25k, and I asked why it was that much and then they say it's because it has bigger tires and nicer wheels. I said ok and messaged the guy I have been talking to right away, asking about the price. He then said the car has been sold at the asking price. I then asked him why the guy on the phone let me know that and why the price online ad was different then the price on the phone. He went on to say it was a error and that he doesn't need to justify anything to me. And then went on to say I should have better finances (doesn't even know my credit/finances) and calling me a woman. Need less to say... if I could give the store any less stars than one, I would in a heartbeat. Never would recommend this place to anyone since you WILL get ripped off.

Called Fiesta Motors from GUAM spoke with the owner personally we completed the online application for the purchase and monthly payments. They worked with my down payment of $ 5000.00 with monthly payments and held my truck until i flew into El Paso Texas to pick up my truck along with making my payments while in GUAM in transition duty station relocation i was able to call in on a Saturday make my $ 500.00 payments easily. I have bad credit, my job federal govt. employee and am currently coveting relocation expenses, despite all these obstacles the staff was able to get me the car I wanted quick and was very professional with a great attitude. Lucero Quinonez picked me up from the airport. I received Car'te Blache service. Lucero completed the dealership paperwork got my insurance, and test drive in El Paso. I would like to thank the entire team Denise for taking my payments, for the owner holding my Cadillac SUV ESCALADE 4 WD Truck during my transition from GUAM for the entire time and for Lucero for completing my purchase. The entire process was painless and I recommend any looking for a new vehicle contact Lucero Quinonez and the sales team at La Fiesta!

New location is a mess and was provided horrible service. I took my vehicle for a single tire…read morereplacement--At first they informed me it would take around 1-2 hours to complete. I found that odd considering there was only 3 cars in front of me that they were already working on. 3 hours later and I still didn't hear anything from them. I had to go back and ask what the status was, all for Jacob to tell me that it was repairable and would take another 30 minutes for completion. I leave again and receive a call from Jacob to be informed that the tire is NOT repairable and would have to buy a new one, which is what I had originally thought to begin and let him know when I first dropped it off. Almost 4 hours later and it was completed, ALL for 1 tire replacement?! RIDICULOUS and horrible service all around. I tried multiple times to give them a call to check on the status and service dept never answers -- Goes straight to voicemail... The least they could've done was informed me that it would be a bit longer than expected. All I got was excuses from Jacob talking about "the equipment is new so it's taking them some time for the machines to work and have it dried out". At least be honest and give me real-time expectations. Additionally, as I was waiting for my car in the parking lot, the mechanics are just standing around talking, laughing, clowning around. While I understand vehicle maintenance may take time, that was unacceptable for a single tire replacement! Horrible service and I would not recommend to friends or family. The only reason I go there is because that is where I originally bought the vehicle (2024) when at that time, service was great.
