Left plastic on the appliance for me to take off, and the material is stuck under the door handles . Had to call the manufacturer to come out and make a service call. sold me an extended warranty, and I asked if the warranty was through the mfg and he told me yes, it was not. I think they call that bait and switch. I would not recommend this company.

Visually, the storefront is not impressive. However, the service and prices were outstanding. We bought a dishwasher. Even though our home is 28 miles away, and the business typically delivers up to 20 miles away, we were not charged extra for the delivery, installation and removal of the old dishwasher. The price was below what competitors offer. Juan, our delivery person, did a fantastic job, from great communication, to testing the new unit to make sure it works properly, to a spotless cleanup job. I am a satisfied customer.

Equipment install was absolutely terrible, installers were not prepared nor did they even consult the instructions, didn't clean up their mess (wood and metal shavings specifically). Water line was incorrectly installed, ice maker installed improperly. Be prepared to either take delivery with your truck/trailer and install yourself and take a meticulous inventory of your items because of the tail light warranty, nobody will return your call after the sale.
