I usually bring my own 7th Generation detergent, which is very concentrated and works great. But I was in a rush and didn't have time to stop at Target, so I decided to buy detergent here. Big mistake. I used it like I always do--poured it in when the water started--but there were no bubbles at all. It looked like plain water. I asked the lady working here, and instead of helping, she blamed my gym clothes and underwear for being "too dirty." What?? I've never had that issue with my own detergent. She told me to keep adding more like it was my fault and didn't even offer to replace it or check if the detergent was bad. This felt like a scam. I won't be buying detergent from here again, and honestly, I'm now questioning if I should keep coming here at all. Very disappointing.

As is still the case with most laundromats, Woodcreek Wash & Dry is cash-only. There are a good number of machines, and while some were out of order at the time of my visit, they were clearly marked, so there was no danger of me wasting my money on them. The place is clean, with staff wiping and sweeping the whole time I was there. A common practice seems to be laundromats placing their largest washing machines closest to the door, so if you do not need a huge machine, be sure to walk around to see which machine(s) will meet your needs. With a Dry Cleaner next door (though I have not been there as of the time of this review), this has the potential to be a one-stop laundry shop.
