One of his employees pulled a gun on my tenants and I guess was fired but this owner capped lines saying he would be back when it was warmer and he had help. SO he capped lines, many tenants had no water, he doest come back. I had to pay another plumber 2 days later when he never come back to uncap lines that didnt need capping but because lost his help he wanted to cap them to prevent water flow. IF he had better employees and completed the work we would have saved about 1500. He is still trying to get money out of me even though my tenants went without water 2 days, a gun was pulled on tenants by his crazy helper. UGH a nightmare of a situation. He should take care of jobs he promised to do and stop trying to collect money when he never come back. He owes me for uncapping lines ...beware

They did a great job servicing my water heater as it needed a flush after four years. Note that I was unaware of this maintenance was even needed! My bad! Thankfully it's behind me now. I also had them look at my sink disposal and two toilets. They provided good advice about the condition of a water valve on one toilet and after discussing price options, I decided to get the toilet pumps updated. Overall, they took just over an hour for all the repairs and then explained everything they completed by taking me on a "tour" of the repairs until I was satisfied. The last homeowner had a cheap toilet installed, which created more problems than expected. Jake was fantastic throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain my options, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what I was paying for rather than just pushing me toward the most expensive solution. What really impressed me was that Jake worked the cost of the work they had already completed into the replacement toilet, which saved me a significant amount of money.
