Since he was already there, we had him install a new toilet and showerhead. The toilet install had some quirks because the tile floor isn't perfectly level, but Brandon explained everything, handled it the right way, and made sure it was solid before wrapping up. I asked them to send their top-notch expert technician, and I was very fortunate that they sent Jason and his excellent assistant (Ricardo) to my home the next day.
