Avoid using Gainsborough waste at all costs!! They have really gone down hill in the past 6 months. They will tell you a dumpster is going to be swapped out on a certain date, but that is almost never the case. It is always delayed for some BS excuse and they won't even give you a heads up until you ask why it wasn't taken care of on time. read more

Rude drivers for Texas Outhouse. TO driver drove dangerously and aggressively. Contacted TO and was put on hold.

Gainsborough did a lot of damage to my property after removing the roll off and then BY MISTAKE bringing back an empty roll off/dumpster. When the driver came back to take the empty roll off away he did a lot of damage. Front gate was destroyed, drive way torn up and damage 2 branches of Oak tree whipped around and broken. THAT WAS Oct 17th. Nothing has changed except someone from Admin called to intimidate me after I put a dispute on VISA charge. P.S. The driver who brought the dumpster was great. waited for me and carefully delivered the roll off to my driveway. I had a very good impression then. I have no way to secure the perimeter to my front yard. Access to front yard and front door is complicated... like when there was a gas leak in the area and Gas Tech's were checking places. I can't park in my driveway. I am so sorry I ever called Gainsborough/Texas Outhouse. read more

I've been with my construction/design firm now for 6 yrs. Prior to project beginning I have to send out my bid list and this includes waste companies. I'd gone thru about 6 companies before Phil came in to talk to me about this company. Gave him a few accounts, and now I won't even send request for bids to others. Phil handles all of our requests without hesitation and always follow-up to make sure everything ran as promised. There have been a couple of instances we had problems, BUT the fact that Phil already knew and would have it resolved before we would make a call, spoke volumes. There have been occasions where Phil has been out and I've had to deal with other reps, and they too are just as helpful. As long as this kind of service continues, Gainsborough Waste will always have our business with roll-offs and port-o-cans. read more
