Dr. Cristina Bartis is amazing! We did therapy and injections and I've never felt better! She truly cares about her patients and it shows.

I would not recommend this facility. First, the staff never answers the phone or returns phone…read morecalls. Even the nurse! For that matter even the emergency number. I had an issue the night I had a procedure. I called their number and left a message with the after hrs nurse because I was having some issues. I never received a call back. Twice my medication wasn't at the office at my appointment time. The 2nd time was to refill my pain pump. I waited in the front lobby about 45 minutes before someone came out and told me my medication went to the surgical center and somebody will have to go get it. Not sure how long it will take. It was about 11:00 and he asked if I could come back at 2:00 and I said okay. That was it. We were going to Austin that weekend and we decided to go early. I called to reschedule on Monday and of course had to leave a message. We are almost to Austin and they call me about 5:30 wanting to know why I didn't come to my appt. I said I called and canceled. She said I may start beeping and might end up in the hospital with withdrawals. What? This is the first I have heard of this. The guy that came out to ask if I could come back at 2 never said a word about that. Talk about a lack of communication!! Next, I am on Medicare and chose a plan that had a 15.00 specialist co-pay. The lady at the front desk kept trying to charge me more than 15.00 and then would argue with me when I told her she was wrong. I had an EEG at the office. She said the co-pay was 35.00. I paid it but called Humana later and they said since it was done in the Dr's office it would be 15.00 as always. I called and left many messages with billing and never got a return call. I left that office over a month ago and never heard anything from them and I'm sure I will never be reimbursed for their mistake. Another issue, they don't call in medications when the are supposed to. I needed a muscle relaxer, it was right before Christmas. I had seen Dr Classen and he said he would call it in. It wasn't! I left messages but it wasn't called in until three weeks later. Then, I got an allergic reaction to something. I didn't know if it was something they put in the pain pump that I just had refilled. It was Friday afternoon and I couldn't get hold of my primary doctor. I was itching all over!! I called Classen's office and went straight to the physicians ext, so I could actually speak to someone, which they tell you not to call that ext unless it's an emergency. Told her what was happening and she said she would call in a steroid pack. I said you will call it in today? She said yes. It was never called in! I had to go to CareNow the next morning because I was broke out all over, even my lips were swollen. I really loved Dr Classen. He is a sweet man that treated me with respect and sat there and listened to me as long as I needed him. He put a pain pump in for me and did a good job..but I asked him before I had it put in what meds were going in. He gave me the name of 4 meds. I wrote them down. When I started talking to him about the meds he said , we didn't put that one in. I said, you told me it was going to be put in. He said, we talked about 'maybe' putting it in. What?? No, we didn't. Also, we talked about putting in more muscle relaxant instead of pain medicine on the refill because I still had the tightness and the pain medication was making me feel sick. He said, okay done deal! What went into my refill? The exact same thing that went in the first time. Again, lack of communication or not making notes?! I'm sorry to Dr Classen, not to the staff, but I had to leave this review.

Carrie is the front desk guru who makes it all happen with a smile. After testing (on site and off…read moresite) and results, I was given detailed info about my particular plan of care choices by a doctor/owner. Doctors Redler and Meyer are both enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the cutting edge treatments that they have chosen to use in this clinic. I was told what coverage my insurance would absorb, and given choices along the way. I was never pressured. I am grateful that there are professionals in the office who walk me through everything that I need. Melissa Cahill is most kind and professional. Working with her is a team collaboration. All questions are answered and staff are assured that I have understanding before any treatment is done. They are glad to give me printed info so that I can read details at home. I have a PT plan, and physical treatment roadmap. All visits are planned in writing for ease of marking my calendar. The PT department, James and Xander, help me to understand every movement and its usefulness to my body. The exercises are doable, and monitored for safety. All treatments are explained to me before they are done. I feel safe, respected and seen as an individual with my own personalized plan, and I anticipate positive outcome for my health. I recommend this Fort Worth location as an opportunity to show how to maximize mobility, decrease pain, and increase the LIFE in Life. I have a positive attitude about my own future because of this caring group. Five stars!

I strained my hamstring running Sprints one day(No Idea what an old guy like me was thinking running Sprints), I gave it some time to heal but I never sought out professional help - Well that was a mistake, because two weeks later I pulled the same hamstring. In my younger days playing soccer I tore it, so I didn't want that to happen again, so made an appointment at Airrosti as they were recommended by so many at my CrossFit. They were awesome, helped me stretch and most importantly gave me good advice of how to strengthen the muscle once it had healed.(This showed me that they actually wanted to help me to get better and not milk you dry for a few more sessions - Like so many places do) Today I did my personal best deadlift, no worry or pain. Dr. Jamil and CJ were great and I would recommend them to anybody that thinks they can handle it themselves, go see the Professionals - You won't regret it. Was also able to use my FSA funds - which made it even better
