I wasn't able to take many photos but the facility was very clean and organized. I was given attention and care. Prior to surgery, I had 100% of the attention of my care team. Both times I was cared for by phenomenal nurses. I cannot recall one of the nurses names but she and Liz were phenomenal the morning of 7/13. Both visits, Liz specifically spent time calming my nerves by chatting with me as she prepped me for surgery. She started my IV with little to no discomfort. No bruising afterwards either. At shift change, I met my night nurse also named Liz. I wanted and waited for nothing. When I shared my concern that my pain medication had yet to be called in by my neurosurgeon, the nurses jumped all over this and ensured this was completed before I went to sleep for the night. It only takes less than 2 mins to fax a prescription. I was worked end on Tue diagnosis with flu and strep. I was no better on Wed and had more symptoms so I called in and was told to just go to ER! I believe it's time to end the 6 yrs with WellMed and move on. They might not give a rats behind about my health but I definitely care about it and want a Dr office to at least show they are concerned too!I don't see why it takes six hours to fax over a prescription. ?!?!

I now live in Texas so I had to find someone who would get it out and inexpensive since I would pay out or pocket . They were very nice the doctor was hesitate since my implanon was under my fat tissue since I gained weight , the implanon kept moving so he had to call another nurse in, to help move it around he made a little incision that did not hurt since he made sure I was well numbed . Everything went great did take a little longer then they said only because we were having problems keeping the implanon from moving . I am a very happy customer . I only paid $150. She also let me know about getting a pap smear done and getting a year worth of birth control for only $110. I will be back next week.

My daughter delivered her baby at the women's and children's hospital. This is a high quality, top…read moretier facility with a level of care that is unsurpassed by other hospitals. (My very senior mother has been to a lot of hospitals lately, and we've seen nothing as amazing as this). The facility is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The medical professionals are excellent. We had what could have been a tragic outcome, but a team of doctors and nurses descended and ensured a positive outcome. The nurses and doctors explained their every step. Any decision made was with the safety and wellbeing of both mother and baby. They not only addressed my daughter, they spoke to and reassured the baby, and the family as well. The baby was a patient who was addressed directly and reassured as they handled them and performed various tests and procedures. I was impressed. My only concern was a security guard who was a little grumpy...the first encounter with the hospital... so first impressions...However, it is obvious that safety and security is high priority, and so I did not take it personally as the man was doing his job....which makes me want to address the fact that the baby had basically what looked like an ankle monitor on. Security measures were taken to ensure the safety of the baby, and there were limited numbers of guests allowed on the floor. It made for a very safe and reassuring environment for our family. I love that this level of care is available to all who need it. Our family is home now and doing great, thanks to all of the support and preparation that the doctors, nurses, and consultants gave. Thank you for a great start!

A woman behind them all actually spoke up and helped. I'm shocked that people are being treated in the waiting room. Woman throws up in the waiting room, they hand her a bag and leave her here. Medical waste and trash on the floor, iv bags hanging on the wall, and nurses blowing out veins and making visits take even longer. I really wish I had gone to Methodist, this is disgusting. Update to add: The sign says 30 minutes to 2 hours. It has now been 6 hours. This is unacceptable.
