First pediatrician who cares about children. Dr rockett is such an amazing person and doctor and will take amazing care of your kids. Everyone at the office is so kind and very efficient with your time. They don't rush you out the door but they do things in a timely manner to make sure your kids are in perfect shape. THEE ONLY REASON I am giving this 1 star is because we absolutely adored Dr. Rocket. He's super conservative about treatments which I loved because I don't like giving my child tons of different medications. He likes to take a more natural approach. HOWEVER, if he wasn't there I would give this place negative stars for over vaccinating my child! No Dr's orders for any vaccinations. I took my child to get some paperwork signed for daycare, they charged $10, didn't matter if you were on medicaid, I took my up to date personal vaccine records because he had already had his 4 year check up I literally just needed the paperwork signed, and they came back in with 2 vaccines. The MA stated it was because she saw that on his vaccine record despite the vaccine having a date, it didn't have a code, so she just assumed it he hadn't gotten it. She even took it upon herself to white out the old date and put a new one. Mind you, they all had the date they were given but they all didn't have a code because since it was my personal record I didn't write them all down. She could have asked us that, but she didn't she just took it upon herself to give him the vaccines. He went with his dad to this appt which is rare, so his father only knew so much. I still blame the MA for claiming to him that she was sure my child had not received the vaccines. He received these vaccines just 3-4 months before, so it wasn't very long ago. And to top it off when he asked her if the Dr had ordered them she said no, she just saw the vaccine record and thought he needed them... WTH. read more

This place has been great with me and my twins. I really love dr Rollie rocket. He's the best with our boys. The ladies at the desk are pretty great too! Not a long wait either. Only thing I'd say is any time I call for a nurse to speak to on a reaction etc they always want me to bring the boys in. Other places will let me speak to the nurse on duty. read more

Every time I come here the front desk ladies always talk about patients information in front of everyone and laugh about it. The last time I came here they were making jokes about why I brought my son here even tho they told me in order to get answers I had to make An appointment to speak with the dr. When I got here we find out my son had other health issues as well, so the little thing I was worried about turned out to be more than I thought. I have been looking for a new pediatrician for my son for quite some time now due to my old one being extremely dismissive and not concerned about anything I say about My son, so I googled and googled and googled places and I came across this office with super good reviews so I decided to give them a shot. And OH my gosh I am so happy I did. Dr. Rockett was A M A Z I N G!!! If I could rate NO STARS I would. My child is 11 and nearly every year I regret ever choosing this place to be the primary care for my child. Nevermind the filth and poor cleanliness. But the per Stone Oak location- the wait time was pure awful. My child was a baby with high fever and they made us wait over an hour, in the patient room with my baby stripped to her diaper waiting to see a physician. This happened on not one, but nearly every occasion. After moving to another location, I was pleased that wait was no longer a issue. But to make an appointment has become a new issue... Today, I made 19 attempts to make a follow up appointment (that the office was supposed to contact me for and failed to do) I tried calling throughout the day incase the clinic was simply busy and my calI would finally be answered on the off chance patient traffic slowed down. All phone calls continuously rang if called within normal business hours. I even attempted to call a second A thru Z Location, their phone line was out of operation or not accepting phone calls. And IF given the option to leave a voicemail, the call is is first forwarded to another (random unlisted) number to which no one answers and then prompted to leave a voicemail - which I did twice. I even text the number listed in order to make an appointment.... and still an entire business day has now passed and no one contacted me! So if you care about your child as I am sure you do- seek another clinic. read more

Brought our daughter in for her 6 month check-up and they took great care of her. Love the waiting room colors and kids enjoy it.

Worst experience, irresponsible and reckless staff. They do not return calls despite hundred reminders to check about the lab results. Even after they get lab results, they do not bother to inform the patient despite several reminders. The front desk do not want to help when we need immediate care. I drove an hour as they were not responding to calls. Once I went, they did not try to help me with care and they just turned me away saying this is not urgent care. She did not even try to check with Doc if she can accommodate my child as she was very sick. After recurring bad experience and poor patient care, I transferred to another pediatrician. Its a shame that we have to deal with such staff in health care. read more

Front desk staff (if you can even get through after being on such a long hold) are very difficult to work with. They didn't inform me of any new patient policies, then said we can no longer go there. Life with young children isn't exactly predictable and we had to change appointments. They kept repeating "It's their policy" to drop patients after two changed visits. Both times I had notified the office beforehand. They couldn't get my child in in a timely manner and I had to take him to urgent care, and canceled my appointment. Don't bother with this practice. Having sick kids is stressful enough. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. first I want to start off by saying rocket was amazing with my baby girl but the front people need to get fired or switched out I've been calling for a week straight with no answer. I have no vechile so I can't make unnecessary trips. I have been trying to get my child in to see the doctor because I'm concerned and was forced to go to the emergency room. b cause of this she is getting worse and got exposed to many things all because they can't answer a phone. what are they getting paid for? seriously I have called at least 30 times and nothing not even a call back. I want to start by saying Dr. Rocket is awesome and has been great with our newborn's care. BUT. The front girls have terrible customer service and attitude. Breana gave my wife and I attitude about our insurance since we just had my wife and son added to my insurance and did not have our new cards on hand. She did not offer any solutions and just stated that without the card we would have to pay out of pocket. Again not being helpful just giving us attitude. I was able to find my card online and even handed her my phone so she could see it. A few minutes later she tells us(with attitude) that nothing was pulling up and that she cannot confirm my insurance. Not being helpful just telling me this as if I'm lying about our insurance. So I ask what did you type in and of course it was incorrect. She made the mistake and is giving us attitude about it. She never apologized or just admit that she typed it wrong and continued on. Finally she tells my wife oh it's confirmed I found it. Another major problem, I heard this same girl talking on the phone with a patients parent from the waiting room. When the call ended she began to discuss about conversation with another employee and began to share her opinion which included some disrespectful comments about the patient on the phone. This was not at all professional and I'm very disappointed with this type of service. Dr. Rocket has been great but we are going to look for a new pediatrician due to the lack of professionalism from the rest of the staff. read more

Dr. Rayala set up a time to contact me about my sons poor care in his medical center location and the labs that have not been discussed with me but sent over 3 times by kids express. Then at 418 I was called to advise Dr. Rayala will not be calling me rather he needs my son to come in the office for the 3rd time. That's 3 charges to my health Ins and copays! Christine Olivares, NP treated my son the 2nd time he went in and gave him zofran for his nausea and did not "know how to write for the IVF's" so asked me to wait til the next day after she asked the Doctor how to. I agreed went and had labs and stool cultures from Methodist Kids express who sent the results to Dr. Rayala's office 3 times and still no one can tell me where those results are or what they resulted as. I asked for Dr. Rayala to call me and at first I was told he would call at 450 and 30 min before I was told Dr. Rayala said my kid needs to be seen at urgent care or ER bc he wasn't going to call me today or I could go into an apt in schertz tx in 28 min- I'm about 1 hour with traffic away. In my opinion this practice is horrible, the front desk girls are horrible and rude as other reviews have said and the Providers do not care about my son or his issues. I have been a Nurse for a long time and I've never seen such ridiculous behavior from a physician or provider. I would NOT recommend this Dr or NP! Save yourself a huge headache and take ur kids elsewhere because I have not had one good experience here. read more
