The software was really cool and let us do a little range warm up and then play a few different courses. It takes a little getting used to hitting in the simulator if you aren't familiar with it. Once you do though this is a great spot to get in some late night golf or when it's just too hot out! Really?! Yet, you sell pizzas without a box or any container to cover them. The only reason this bowling place gets a 2 star is: 1. Price (good for brand new enlisted soldiers) 2. The bowling software does have a neat feature where they take pics of you and show during the game. The conditions are unacceptable: greens are inconsistent, fairways are poorly maintained, and there's a clear lack of investment or pride in the product being offered. But the worst part isn't even the conditions--it's the arrogance from the top. Ruben Caraveo, one of the higher-ups, doesn't just ignore constructive criticism from paying golfers--he actively argues with them on social media and even blocks those who dare to call out the Alamo City Golf Trail's failures. His behavior is unprofessional and speaks volumes about the overall culture of the organization. When leadership is this defensive and out of touch, it's no surprise the courses continue to decline. Golfers deserve better. If you can't take feedback and own the issues, maybe you're in the wrong business.

Two beautiful friendly and amazing servers The bar staff made the most amazing drinks. The food was a blessing from heaven and the brunch atmosphere was a must come back. The bartender never acknowledged our existence and served 2 other people that walked up to the bar for a drink while we sat there right in front of her for several minutes. Then a second bartender arrives after about 5-6 minutes and starts doing the same thing! After watching 3 people get served that walked in AFTER us we decided to leave and give our money to someone else with better customer service. The cost of food here also made me lose my appetite while I waited for no service. ( 6 piece chicken tenders for $19.99) Those are DisneyWorld prices. Won't be back.
