These people are the worst crooks i ever had to deal with. Owner is a habitual liar and a deceitful individual with extremely bad telephone manner. They claimed they can do security cameras for me which turned out that was not their forte with untrained crew. It took them more than three months to complete the job kind of half ass with a lot of whining along with a very bad service. He over charged my credit card almost a couple of months before the So-to-speak job completion!! Then when i complained, he put the blame on the stuff that was irrelevant. His main man/Friend Shaun (Shalom) came to work drunk several times and at the end this guy shaun asked me to pay him $156.00 directly without telling Yair for a very large Router that according to him would enhance my internet connection for better remote viewing of the cameras in which I reluctantly agreed to pay but then came next day the Router and it's box had disappeared, when we checked the cameras there he was Mr Shaun (Shalom) walking out of my property with the Router's box in his hands. I immediately reported the incident to the police department and called Shaun to question and confront him on this incident in which all of a sudden he started saying and repeating that we have a bad connection and he hung up and never answered my phone again, i subsequently put a stop to my check and never heard from Shaun or Yair again!!. read more

We just moved from Richardson to Plano, and had to change all the locks in our new home. After trying different options, like do it ourselves, or ask around, we decided to go with Texas Premier Locksmith. They were able to send a locksmith according to our busy schedule, and Chris was there on time. Very polite and professional, he walked with us to look at all the locks and doors around the house (there are 6 doors!!!). He gave us a few options: rekey the existing locks, upgrade to a higher security with a few options, and replace to new locks at the same grade. Since it is our new home, and the locks on it didn't really match to the rest of the hardware, we decided to get a little upgrade, not the most expensive one, so the locks will match. Just when I thought everything was lost, Alex from Texas Premier Locksmith saved the day. I lost my Lexus fob key and thought I would have to wait till Monday to go to the dealer. It was Sunday and I started calling around to see who can do it, or if it was even possible. It happened before and I ended up paying the dealer over 500.00 for that dang mistake, so this time I was looking for a less expensive solution. I called a few places and some didn't even answer, even if the ad said they were open on Sunday. Texas Premier was the only company that actually had that key in stock, so they sent Alex out to save my day (and my wallet). the key was working great, and it only cost me 300.00 (as oppose to 500.00 from the dealer + tow). Now I know that a locksmith can make my key so I will try that first next time it happens (which I hope never will). read more

It was really easy to set up an appointment, and they were able to arrange something in an hour. I requested to be called when they were about 10 minutes away, and they arrived perfectly on time, and called me to let me know they were close. I can't even BELIEVE they changed the locks, gave me a NEW beautiful door knob, and handled everything for me! It was well under a hundred dollars! For me, Texas Premier Locksmith is the Go To locksmith company. They already took care of so many things for me. The technicians they have working are just so polite and professionals and it's also very easy to talk to the owner in case you need a quote on a big project, like the one I had needed for my business. They recently chaged and updated the cameras and card readers in my office for a great price and with a quick response time. The system was installed before I moved in by someone else and started mafunctioning. TX Premier gave me a great rate and were able to work with my existing system, while updating the hardware and making it easier for me to work with. All and all great experience. Locked myself out of my car in one of the hottest days we had this July. Called Texas Premier Locksmith to come unlock my car. The person that answered the phone was very nice and helped me calm down a bit, when she said they could have the locksmith out there within 15 to 20 minutes. The locksmith called me to say hes on the way, and showed up about 20 minutes later. He was very nice and went over the price me before he unlocked my car to say that the insurance may pay me back for some of it. The whole procedure took about 5 minutes and we were done. I was locked out of my car in uptown Dallas, and had to find someone to quickly come and unlock my car. WHen I called around everybody was telling me that it will take about 30 to 45 minutes, until I found Texas Premier that said they can have their nearby technician out there in like 15 minutes. I was really excited and he was really there within 13 minutes exactly. He unlocked my car very quickly, and charged me the $$, and I was on my way. I haven't used a locksmith in a while, but just recently needed some service and wanted to share it with the world. I went to see tx premier locksmith once again, because my remote for my car broke. the dealer was going to charge me close to 300.00 for a new one, and programming and all that. When i went to see tx premier they showed me that I didn't need a new remote, I could actually use the one i have and just replace the cover, or "shell". so they saved my over 250.00 for that adventure and I am great full for that. read more

I came here to make a key for my car. I lost my spare key and didn't want to get to a point where I lose my second key and get stuck with none, so I called Texas Premier and they said they're a mobile service, but also do in shop work and that will save me money. I brought My 09 Lexus in and it's not a regular key, it's the one that start with a push button. I couldn't believe it but they had it in Stock. Love this mom and pop shop! Everyone who works here is so sweet and helpful. They are very honest and have fair pricing. I have used them to unlock my car and make a key (saved me hundreds of dollars and many hours of time if I had towed it and taken it to the dealer), and also rekey my home.
