I found out that he also took our $773 and went to Florida on vacation leaving us for a week without internet. the job was pretty simple. move the router to a place that signal could be broadcasted across a 1600 sq ft home... apparently charging us 283% for a router that we could buy on Amazon ourselves, and moving the router kit to the back of the house wasn't enough. this con man now is trying to say that he invoiced me 60 days ago when i never got any further invoices after his initial one... to say it's a rip off is a joke. we ended up having spectrum come back out and paid them $60 to do what James love couldn't do for $773... avoid him like the plague if you value your hard earned money.
