Had katzkin leather seats installed and they did an excellent job. Very timely and the install was perfect. Kelsie ensured that all my questions were answered and the completion time was spot on. Went back and had a tonneau cover installed. Quote was spot on and install was perfect. Met with Omar afterwards who went over the function of the cover along with do's and don'ts. I'm wanting to get a lift installed along with a tire and wheel package. Omar spent the time with me to explain what would need to be done which was greatly appreciated. I came in to get the GPS system in my 2014 Raptor fixed after having another shop install a sync 2 to sync 3 kit that I bought. Omar told exactly what caused the issue and fixed it. I was there today, it took a while, but my car is a Ford edge sel POS. They did an excellent job while helping me completely understand my new major upgrade. The office staff is extremely helpful and welcome to our house vibe giving. they were also very accommodating to my service dog. I was extremely comfortable, happy and welcomed while the upgrade was being done. I had a DIY project to install external LED lights on my roof rack - everything went great until it didn't and I couldn't figure out what was wrong nor did I want to pull everything out to do it again. I decided to call around to see if someone would be willing to take a look at what I had done, troubleshoot and fix, if need be, replace all the wiring. Called four places, three of which were not interested. Dealer Source: called and talked to Tyler, was very patient to understand what I was asking for. He asked me to call back to talk to their 12V guy Juan in the afternoon. I called back later in the day, explained to Juan what the situation was - he understood 100% and said he could see me first thing the next morning. I went in the next morning, greeted by everyone, got checked in, very professional. Juan came out to greet me to go over what we were going to do. An hour and a half later, my issue was resolved and Juan cleaned up everything and made it nice and secure under the hood. We bought our vehicle from Houston but the dealership messed up with the scheduling of the installation of our cameras. Three weeks after, we were referred to this location since it was closer to home. Steve was our contact person. They close at 5pm but he waited for us until 6:30 to drop off our vehicle. Come installation, he took it upon himself not to install the gaudy looking camera that the dealership sent. Our vehicle turned out even better with the cameras he installed! Steve the manager looked through my equipment and educated me on how they would accommodate my needs. We went in today to get new interior installed in my Yukon. We got two tone leather with contrast stitching. Connie and her staff had us out within an 1 1/2 hours. I recently had a draining issue with my sunroof (a common accuance with after market) and went somewhere south because it was in my neighborhood. After they incorrectly drained the tube the sunroof wouldn't close, I called Dealer Source in a panic because of incoming rain. This was the ONLY shop in town that was willing to put a sunroof in my 2012 Nissan Leaf (not offered or available at dealer.) Not only did they do the research to ensure they could put in the roof, but they ran me where I needed to go after I dropped the car off and were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the experience. I am VERY particular about the upkeep of my cars, and Dealer Source's shop is immaculate and very professional! Brian is the manager and Connie is the front desk. They also do alarms, leather seats, etc. I would highly recommend this group to anyone looking for aftermarket upgrades to their vehicles. Oh yeah, the sunroof came out fantastic! I purchased 2 DVD/BlueRay headrests for a 2012 mini van in 2015. I am glad they had me purchase the warranty because early last year one of the units would not eject a DVD. I went down to visit them to schedule the appointment. To my amazement, I could have just called and scheduled an appointment. A few days later I had someone replacing the unit at my house in Leander! The tech was professional and only took about 15 minutes to replace it. This worked out well as I was able to work from home that day and not take a day off! The unit is still working. I would recommend them to anyone in the Austin area. One of the sales rep at the local Toyota Dealership sent us over to Dealer Source to get our leather/heated katzin seats for our RAV4. We worked mainly with Connie and would like to thank her and the whole Dealer Source crew. We called Thursday and set up an appointment for Tuesday. They came and picked up our vehicle first thing in the morning Tuesday and by 3pm everything was all done. They returned the vehicle so we didn't even have do to anything. I bought a new vehicle that was missing one thing that I really wanted.... a remote start. The parts manager at the dealership I bought my truck from referred me to Dealer Source. They installed a remote start system that worked well at first, after about a week, the remotes stopped working. I took it up to Dealer Source and the fixed it in less than an hour. The waiting area was nice and quiet and air conditioned. I left very happy. About a week later, the remotes to the remote start stopped working again. This time, a Dealer source employee came to my work and fixed the problem again. A couple of days later, the remote start quit working once again. The same employee from Dealer Source came to my work for a second time, and this time he replaced the remote start system with a different system. About a week later, Rudy text me to see how to system was working. I was thrilled to tell him that it was still working but my alarm was going off as the truck remote started. He figured out what he needed to do to fix the problem, and come up to my work for a third time and fixed the alarm/start problem.
