The job was scheduled and on that day two Bruton Electric vans showed up with 3 guys and the work was completed in the timeframe discussed. One more thing worth adding: I kept the handwritten options sheet the tech left behind, and looking at it now tells the whole story. Six tiers from $852 to $16,100, with monthly payment numbers written under every single one to keep your eyes off the totals. The top tier stacks three separate surge protection packages on the same quote and includes a "Factory Panel Refresh," which isn't a standard electrical service. Smoke detectors, USB outlets, and bubble covers (all inexpensive parts) are bundled in at premium pricing. Even the bottom "Economy" tier of $852 to replace one breaker is double what it should cost. I paid $512 which is way overpriced. This isn't diagnosis, it's a sales script. Why did I pay? I didn't know. I also was not able to use my office until this bad breaker in my electrical panel was fixed and I work from home.
