From the L&D, antepartum, and mother baby nurses, to the lactation consultants, to Dr. Principe (my OB), everyone was extremely supportive and went out of their way to make me as comfortable as possible. The food was surprisingly good and I got to bring home the most perfect tiny queen at the end. 10/10 recommend the women's center! Wait time is horrible. Stuck here for 2 hours to get a nexplanon removed…read more Dr. O Connor was so dry. It was, "what when where bye" but makes you wait 2 hours. After removing the implant, she puts adhesive bandage with gauze. My charts say I am allergic to bandages. ... She put it on so quick that I felt like I was bothering her to tell her I am allergic. When she finished she said " ok bye" and left me in room without asking me if I had any questions. Came to the front desk and let them know I needed to get adhesive off now and they had to wait for dr. O Connor to come back in remove. Yesica and front desk woman were extremely quick and handled it very professionally. Dr O Connor came back in the room, touched the door knob, trash can lid, and opened the package with my new cohesive bandage all with no gloves, sanitation whatsoever. She goes for my OPEN WOUND with dirty, contaminated bare nasty hands and tries to pull the adhesive off. I stopped her and asked her to put gloves on. She put only one on. Pulls off the adhesive from my arm and tries to REUSE THE SOILED BLOODY STUCK-TO ADHESIVE GAUZE. I asked her to get a new one and she said no it's the same thing. And then she realizes as she's pulling the gauze from the adhesive that it ain't working out, because all the thread is just tearing apart and ALSO using her bare hand to grab a new piece of gauze from the cubby. She held the guaze down with her gloved hand and wrapped with her nasty bare contaminated hand. When she was done, she didn't say anything this time and just walked out. Disgusting, unprofessional behavior. I will NOT be back. Sometimes you get so out of tune with your career you end up becoming a robot and forget that you are dealing with humans. Dr o Connor I encourage you to revamp yourself on why you are doing this in the first place.

From start to finish, I was treated with the utmost professionalism. The medical care was also phenomenal! I had an eye exam with the intent of hopefully getting an ophthalmology referral. The optometrist was extremely thorough, and his assistant was top-notch. In the end I was recommended cataract surgery on both eyes, with a lens replacement for the right eye. The entire staff was incredibly kind from the front desk, to the nurse, to the PA. They were thorough and very helpful. All in all a wonderful experience when you're already not feeling your best. I also found out if you do not use your insurance/if you go out of network with them, it is a $205 flat rate but that includes any tests they run there at the office, medicine they provide you there, and any examinations there as well. I know some may be cheaper but when you factor in extra tests and things the bill can typically add up fast. Overall I would highly recommend. Very clean and well kept also!

Following the completion of the lab my company, Benvenue Medical paid the invoice in full. I was promised a credit card refund. This is extremely important to me since that is my personal credit card! You have not done this despite repeated request via phone & e-mail. I even have an e-mail from the President, Nora Flores, dated 3/29 (see attached). She apologizes for any inconvenience, and Jocelyn (Financial Director) has made her aware of the "urgency".
