Though I wasn't able to eat or drink the break room area adjacent to entry/check in provided vending machine goodies and drinks. With free coffee and baked chocolate chip, peanut butter and sugar cookies. Nice! Within minutes from checking in the nurse came to take me to pre-op. She wasn't too engaging with an early morning dry approach that changed to a bit more engaging when I refused to remove my yellow knit cap for their paper blue. *Lol* Jennifer, Gladys, Doc P and anesthesiologist made me feel very welcomed, comfortable and in good care. My procedure per Doc P went very well. Aftercare staff was attentive and informative along with assisting for release. If I had to use this USMD again I wouldn't hesitate due to the Nice, Clean facility with Warm and Friendly staff.

Being he was the one that found it, the problem I have when he ask you to call him on this day or that you have to go through a call center that doesn't know what you are talking about. Every message I have left him many twice a week for 6 weeks until this I still haven't got a call back. So that call center really SUCKS. I have even made trips to the office but it was the days he wasn't there. If this gets back to Dr Mendoza I'm stocking him (lol).

However they tend to distract causes that patients have prepared and it results in revisit or call back where it is hard to reach doctor quickly. Mrs. Dr. Kim looks over confident with her treatment style. She and her partner Mr. Kim seem to forget basics as clinical functions. Moreover staffs have serious problems. No communication each other and billing / charging team are very unprofessional with big mistakes they have made. And they allegedly no longer accept medicaid and medicare. Note. They grew to this BIG level of business with many help of Korean patients who needed supports from language barrier but it's hard to expect quality of medical service now.

However the office staff were DREADFUL. They attacked me when I got in for not filling out paperwork ahead of time - that I had repeatedly called to let them know I hadn't gotten. They didn't give me the right instructions for how I needed to prepare for the visit. I came in for a physical and the doctor set up an appointment to go over my test results. There was an issue with my insurance and instead of calling my insurance or finding a solution I was yelled at by a billing person who couldn't give me information. I was told I couldn't get my test results without paying $180 for the first appointment and $89 for the phone appointment. She refused to resubmit my claim to insurance even when I had the EOB that said that's exactly what to do - and other providers have been able to do. The hassle of the incompetent office staff is not worth the sweet doctor - go elsewhere literally anywhere else is better.
