They offer a fully stocked convenience store with snacks, drinks, and alcoholic beverages. They have clean and private bath houses. Laundry rooms, a swimming pool, and also on-site propane. Personally, one of my favorite things about this place is the drinking water they have. It's a five stage filtration system that dispenses water by the gallon. I usually come here to fill up my 18 gallons of water bi-weekly, and I never had an issue paying with credit cards or cash and coins. The water tastes clean and crisp, and the pump dispenses fast. They also sell ice here as well. The customer service is great and friendly, and I'm always greeted when arriving. This is a must stop for your gallon of water needs, and it's especially convenient when living in the surrounding neighborhoods.

Dog run is disappointing but Mansfield Dog park is excellent and 12 minutes away by car. Overall this park is a bit pricey though with significant jump this year without warning. Monthly cost includes water and electric plus subpar internet. Flooding is minimal and so far few power issues. Have been here one year, and give it four stars.

I've bent the posted rules a couple times and was immediately reminded of it. All of the reviews I've seen are obviously by folks who haven't been on the business end of an rv park. The rules are given verbally and posted, and given when you sign up and couldn't be more clear. The rock quarry (lake) is good sized and is really pretty awesome. The monthly rate here is also very competitive. Nobody is perfect and I can't attest to all of the reviews, but for me, this place is safe, secure, quiet, and it's one of the few places where the management actually manages the facility. If you want to party and be loud, or you really don't care if your lifestyle bothers others, this place isn't for you.

Here for a week to visit family. It has been a very quiet and peaceful stay. We were in a nice…read morelarge pull-thru. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Bathrooms and laundry facilities were very clean and nice. They have recently black topped roads and sites. They have recently added lots of new concrete sites also. They are definitely working on updating the park from a mobile home park to more of an RV park. Convenient location on I-35W. We will stay here again and highly recommend staying here!
