I NEVER get bad food here. I had the best service from a girl named Leslie last night. I would recommend you ask to be seated in her section. She stayed on top our drinks, all of our food came out HOT, and i always ask for Ranch with my cactus blossom and the others never remember to bring it out. Leslie remembered! I usually love Texas Roadhouse,the one back home is amazing so was really looking forward to celebrating my nephews birthday and some awesome food. I love music and in my car I play it very loud but at a restaurant having music so loud you can't hear the person sitting beside you let alone the waitress is ridiculous. When I asked them to turn it down I was ignored. The food was good my steak was yummy so was my corn and sweet potato. My brother asked for hot sauce for his chicken fried steak and I had to chase the waitress down so he could have some on his last couple bites. If I could give this place a 0, I would. The kid at the table next to us projectile vomited all over the floor right next to where I was sitting at my table, and it splashed up and covered me from the knee down, and all over my foot. As I'm sitting there gagging and trying not to barf from the smell of it, a food runner LEANS OVER the pile of vomit to hand my husband our salads. Are you freaking kidding me?! I immediately got up and found our waitress and as I'm walking up, she says, "I know what happened, I'm about to get someone over there to clean it up." To which I asked if we could switch tables because the smell of the vomit was absolutely putrid and making me sick. She then tells me, "no, we have no other tables available. I can't move you guys." She then points to something on the computer showing the names of people all waiting for tables. I then turned to her and said, "ma'am, I'm covered in some kid's vomit from the knee down, I'm sitting next to a pile of vomit, I NEED to move to a different table before I throw up." She then said she "couldn't help me" so I asked for a manager to which she got an attitude and said the manager was in the front and couldn't come to me. My family got up and left. What a joke. I wish I knew the name of the snarky little girl that waited on us. Small, long, dark hair and dark eyes with overdrawn winged eyeliner. Also, the tables are extremely close so good luck maneuvering through there with a car seat. It's also very, very dim and dirty. The host staff are grade A rude. We were in Midland on a personal trip. Was here Monday 05/21 @ 8 PM with my little girl to have dinner and celebrate the marriage of a friend who just moved here a few weeks ago to be with her husband. The restaurant takes reservation but when we got there, there was chaos since electricity went out for a while and just got back up (not their fault) so they can't sit anybody since they can't see any reservation or even start the ordering process. However after some effort they were able to get things going and we were the first to get seated. Service was meh. The waiter who took care of us is not very interested in working and see if we got everything we need. She rarely make rounds to check up on us and she forgets quite some thing that we asked her for. She'd prefer to stand around and yak with her friends at their station. It seems to be the norm with others as well because I didn't see any of the waiters actively engaging their customers aside of taking orders and come back with the orders. Food was average. Free appetizer, bread and cinnamon honey butter, was the highlight of the evening. Bread was so moist and soft, and the butter was excellent to go with it. We all had different cuts of steak and they were all were cooked as ordered, very tender and easy to cut, however the sides that comes with them looks kinda sad and not very appetizing. My girl had some veggies (in a small tiny cup) my friend had beans (very small and mushy) her husband had some veggies as well. My side of chili in a cup is fine and the baked sweet potato was good. However the disappointment here was with my ribs from steak and ribs combo.Even though it does cuts easy but it was really dry and apparently not basted/marinated well during the cooking process. They have some wine selection and I tried some reds (Sauvignon and Pinot) and they were ok. Steak was fine and gets the place three stars or even four, but the really dry ribs and poor service drags it down to two. read more

The food was great! But the 4 guys behind us had the worst cussing going on the entire time! NOT a family restaurant! I asked the mgr what the policy was for guys using the f bomb. He said ignore it. Hard to do that when all 4 were spewing the f word with every other word! Hard to enjoy a nice expensive meal... they were loud and obnoxious... tables of children not too far away had to have heard this as well. We hurried out of there as fast as we could! UGH read more

Love this place, especially since you can call head for seating. The service is great, given that it's in the Midland/Odessa area. The food is good, love the free rolls. Also you get free peanuts while you wait for a table and don't worry about throwing them in the trash, the floor is recommended. read more

why do people flock to this place, if you stay with the steak your ok, Maybe. LoL don't order anything other then steak. these people do not care how your food comes out. complain to the manager and he'll kick you out. buissness is to good he don't care. go to the Odessa roadhouse it's worth the drive. the quality of all food and the service is the best, it blows the midland roadhouse out of the water. try it, I promise you it's a major difference. only a 20 minute drive. My favorite place to eat. The staff are friendly, the food has always been good and the management team has been noted to be very attentive to the customers needs. This is a very busy popular place, expect to wait a while to get in but, it is well worth the wait. It is a bit loud though, this appears to be more due to the structure of the building and how sound carries through it. read more

So I got take out from and called it in first. Went to pick it up and one of the dishes was missing. So they offer to cook it but I wasn't gonna wait while all my food got cold so I declined and went home. Now I live a stones throw from Texas Roadhouse but my food was still cold and missing the aus jus from the prime rib and the dip from the appetizer. I give up. The place was crowded. Our server Logann came and took our order. She came back once to check our drinks and once to bring our bill. Alright so let's just start off by saying the food is amazing! Me and my love have been coming here since High School, it was a tradition for us to come at least once a week lol. So after a afternoon of shopping we decided on Texas Roadhouse since we haven't been in a while and are starting up the traditions again. Tonight's dinner is steak and shrimp can I say BIG plates with BIG portions! You get what you pay for and here it's like the saying everything in Texas is huge everything here is huge even the baked potatoes and don't even get us started on the homemade fresh rolls with honey butter brought straight to your table! Great to bring family, have a birthday dinner or just to EAT! You probably won't be disappointed in this place it's a must when your in Texas. Oh ya FYI the peanuts, well the peanuts are all you can eat and you can eat them while you wait for a table or at the table it's a great little welcome snack and it's our favorite part other than getting the food at the table lol. read more

I finally went to check on what was going on and she said they paged me a while ago I said well it's not working I guess. Came in for a birthday lunch. Called ahead for 24 people at noon. Party arrived at noon, waited almost 2 hours, and still never was seated. Manager finally came over after we complained and said they were waiting on 3 people in a section, 20 minutes later he was waiting on 3 tables!!! People kept on leaving that were there after us.
