Within 2 days of having this set my nail broke off and I was just opening my car door, another finger on my right hand broke from putting on my shoe, the third finger broke when I accidentally hit my hand on the door at work, and the last nail broke cause I grabbed my keys. I kept having to go back to the salon to get the nails fixed, but by the time the fourth nail broke I just soaked the nails in pure acetone and took off the set. I called the next day to ask for a refund and because it was the third week regardless of all the nail breaking they wouldn't give me a refund. They offered to give me new set, but I would still have to pay $45 and that's not even for another chrome set. I don't think that's fair considering the nails only lasted 2 days until that first nail broke on my car door. I usually don't have any problems, but having to pay for a new set is ridiculous considering I had 4 nails break on different fingers and doing things that aren't even heavyweight. And it also is upsetting because the nail Tech did do a great job on the chrome and shape.

Both times the $65 dollar pedicure has not included the massage, they just skip it or like today left my service with paraffin on my feet and scrub on my legs to do another full set of nails. She did not massage my feet and no oils put on my feet. Another man came over and wiped the scrub off my legs and removed paraffin and left them like that. Ive had to ask to smooth my heels and still walk out with rough feet. The man did my manicure my nails were crooked and I left with polish on my skin. I tend to have a high pain tolerance and my go-to method of hair removal was brazilian wax and tweezing for underarms. The laser they use here apparently is one of the newest tech out. It doesn't hurt at all. Sara did a great job on constantly asking if I was doing okay and adjusting the laser intensity accordingly to my tolerance. Even when I was on my monthly cycle, Sara did a great job making me feel comfortable and working efficiently. (Just make sure you wear a tampon and take a shower before your appointment) The staff here does an amazing job at picking up their phones. They use online booking system to track appointments, sending forms you need to fill out before each session and processing payment. If you need to reschedule or want to come in earlier, they do a great job about being flexible and fitting you in. For underarms + brazilian laser hair removal, it always takes about 15-20min. They keep the facility very clean and very private. I have light skin tone with black hair so the laser was VERY EFFECTIVE on me. even after 1 session I had 80% reduction in hair growth! *If you have dark skin and dark hair or light skin and light colored hair the laser may not work so well on you bc the laser is shooting at PIGMENT so just keep that in mind before considering laser treatment!!! *
