I've given this salon two opportunities to gain my repeat business and after the second visit I can say they lost it. I have a pedicure and manicure done every other week. Both times the $65 dollar pedicure has not included the massage, they just skip it or like today left my service with paraffin on my feet and scrub on my legs to do another full set of nails. She did not massage my feet and no oils put on my feet. Another man came over and wiped the scrub off my legs and removed paraffin and left them like that. Ive had to ask to smooth my heels and still walk out with rough feet. The man did my manicure my nails were crooked and I left with polish on my skin. I had to ask him to straighten my nails before he polished and the shape is off. I'm not one to complain so I'll just take my business elsewhere. read more

Ashley is amazing. Need I say more? She recently purchased Diva Nails and has done an amazing job updating and rehabbing the interior. If you haven't tried them lately, then you must give Diva Nails a try. I would follow Ashley to the end of the earth! FYI, I have had my nails on for over a year and had just one fall off. This was by far the worst nail salon experience I've ever had. The nail tech was unbelievably rude the entire time, making the whole appointment uncomfortable. She cut me multiple times without any apology. At one point, as she was aggressively wiping my nails, I even had to ask, "Sorry, is my blood getting everywhere?" because that's how badly she cut me. Then, when she asked me to check my nails, she barely gave me two seconds before snapping, "You need to talk to me." Excuse me? I was literally trying to find a polite way to tell her I hated them. And to top it off, I was charged $71 for this disaster. Seventy-one dollars to be disrespected, and leave with painful, ugly nails. Absolutely ridiculous. If you value your money and your fingers, stay far away from this place. read more

I absolutely love and recommend this place! There is a new owner and manager! They have made this place to feel very welcoming and all the employees there are so sweet and want to make sure you have a great experience. If I felt like I didn't like something, they were very nice about it and to make sure I was happy with the outcome. I asked to have my toes painted to match my nails and the lady who painted them rubbed my feet with oil after, which I have never had done before unless I got a full pedicure. I 1000% percent recommend this place if you want great quality work done and to have a peaceful and relaxed experience! read more

Worst ever! No english, paint came off my nails the same week, over priced. Limited choices in colors you can pick from.

Horrible experience! I asked for matching color on pedi & mani for my wedding day. I was told they'll look exactly the same. Ended up with charcoal grey on my hands and platinum silver on my feet, seriously. I told the guy kid midway I was NOT happy and he said it was because he wasn't finished and needed to buff, paint and add top coat. After he finished and the colors didn't match, the guy tried fixing it by removing the acrylic nail and painted my short nails. I told him I went in to get acrylic nails for my wedding. He didn't care. There was a girl working there too and she was even more unhelpful. Bothered even that I wasn't happy with the result. Do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Last minute mani pedi. Kathy accommodated me and welcomed me. I am very happy with the services, facility and staff.

I went in to have my nails soaked off. I told the gentleman several times that I do not want them to take them off with another tip. I hate when they peel off the nail using that method. Well, he insisted to take the nail off by sliding the plastic nail tip between my nail and the acrylic nail I'm wanting soaked off. The pain was intense and I asked again to have the bails soaked off. He persisted to take the nails off this way. He jabbed the plastic tip between the nail and the acrylic again. This time I got up and left the establishment. I told him several times i wanted them soaked off but he refused. Do not go here to get your nails done. read more

My nails look HORRIBLE! I had the man (I am not sure what his name is) take my nail off, and he made it worse. They are lumpy, uneven and crooked. I also had to sit while the man moved between be, and another woman getting her nails done, which was horribly annoying and inconvenient. It took twice as long as it should of. Went here yesterday with my daughter and mom. My daughter and I got pedicures.. ‍my nails look like my 8 year old painted them. My mom got shellac (polish should last at least 2 weeks) polish was already coming off today. Rushed job.. quality of work was horrible.. definitely will not return.. $85 down the drain read more

Called at noon and asked to make an appointment. Specifically asked which would be better that afternoon or the next morning. Was told 3:30 that afternoon. Walked in at 3:30 to a full salon and a useless appointment time. Left at 4pm. One of the managers said she was about ready for us when we were leaving, however we didn't see anyone near being done. People keep walking in and they continue to tell them to sign in and someone will be with them. This is the 3rd time we've had to wait. Last time, they told us to be there at 9am and no one even showed up to open the salon till 9:30. Why make an appointment? Moral of the story- not a place that honors appointment times. However, LV nails got us in within 5 minutes of our appointment slot. read more
