This salon is usually pretty decent with nails, but this last visit I find ridiculous. I got a full set of nails for $70. Within 2 days of having this set my nail broke off and I was just opening my car door, another finger on my right hand broke from putting on my shoe, the third finger broke when I accidentally hit my hand on the door at work, and the last nail broke cause I grabbed my keys. I kept having to go back to the salon to get the nails fixed, but by the time the fourth nail broke I just soaked the nails in pure acetone and took off the set. I called the next day to ask for a refund and because it was the third week regardless of all the nail breaking they wouldn't give me a refund. They offered to give me new set, but I would still have to pay $45 and that's not even for another chrome set. I don't think that's fair considering the nails only lasted 2 days until that first nail broke on my car door. I usually don't have any problems, but having to pay for a new set is ridiculous considering I had 4 nails break on different fingers and doing things that aren't even heavyweight. And it also is upsetting because the nail Tech did do a great job on the chrome and shape. read more

Nail quality --ok. Felt like a number, very turn and burn, but if you're looking for a quick fill and to get in and out, this is the place. EDIT - Not even a week later my nail polish is now turning orange. Not sure what kind of polish was applied but I will need to get them redone. This has never happened. read more

Nails done today, this was the 2nd person they had paint them. They already look like they need to be painted again!! You can see where the top coat wasn't painted all the way. Extremely disappointed! Had been wanting to try this place because it was new and very nice!! Unfortunately basic nail painting is not their fortay!!! read more

hi everyone, i had a a bad experience today at lv nails. i asked for an off white and showed them the color and ended up with purple. the guy doing my nails was very rough and burned me multiple times with the drill after i said it was burning. he was obviously in a rush and you can see that with my photos. many are uneven and slanted and i ended up with a pink blotch on one of them. read more

Beautiful new salon, perfectly laid out and very clean. I've had my nails and pedicures done several times. I recommend you make an appointment and ask for the best technician. I got my natural nails dipped here and for some reason they cracked. Previously i had been to this salon and not had issues so I thought maybe the color was bad or different application. You can see in the picture that within a week my nails were all cracking; they cracked so bad that my natural nails underneath had to be clipped. I text the owner who happened to be on vacation and thought no big deal. He graciously replied and said he would fix them... I came in today and they only wanted to fix 5 of my nails and leave the others the way they were. Then I explained that the nails that weren't cracked (about 4) would look like they needed a fill. Then he decided to say he would redo all of them for 50% off; so basically i paid 56$ for nails that would crack within a week. I told them to just soak off the dip and I left. VERY UPSETTING- i would not be proud of nails lasting less than a week if I was the owner. I will returning back to the Quarry Nails where I normally go. read more

They were very rude and insensitive, i asked for my nails a little longer and the lady was just laughing about it and making fun of everything I wanted on my nails, every time she would say something to her coworkers they'd all turn around and laugh while looking at me, it made me feel very uncomfortable. $80 for a basic set, first and last time coming here I'll keep my business at Posh nails. read more

I tried multiple different places in San Antonio and they never got my nails right and they always looked messed up! Coming back here they did an amazing job on my acrylic set and my pedicure! This place is always hopping!! They take me right away when I come in even if I don't have an appointment. The atmosphere is relaxing. They do offer a refreshment with your services. The staff is friendly and there are wide varieties of colors and textures to choose from. The massage chairs for the pedicures are great!
