My nails are ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!!! I booked an appointment online with Jenny. I arrived approx. 5 mins before my appointment and she was ready for me when I got there. I needed a fill and to repair two nails. Jenny listened to what I wanted and even made some suggestions on things that I might like. I usually rotate between the same 3 designs, but I was feeling adventurous, so I gave her free reign to try something different. She was very sweet and let me know that if I didn't like it after she showed me, she'd gladly change it. OMG, these are THE PRETTIEST NAILS I HAVE EVER HAD!!! I will DEFINITELY be talking with my hands all week. She totally captured my personality! I had a weeks worth of outfits already picked out in my head before I even got out of her chair. I love the almond shape because I don't have the prettiest hands, but I think it makes my hands look more feminine and I notice that it's easier for me to do things (ie. pick up small objects) than my usual square nails. My nails are so cute that I'm just gonna be making up reasons to go places to show them off. The salon was nice and everything was very sanitary. The shop has a relaxed and laid-back vibe and everyone in the shop was friendly and welcoming. Unlike other places I've been to, it appears that everyone there enjoys what they do. This was a 1st and LAST. Buyer beware. What they tell you is the price of service and what it really willbe is way different! Stopped due to time and convenience, mistake. Next to nobody spoke English. No, one was talking to clients, just each other. Was shocked at the final bill. Way over-priced, for services received. I came home spent about an hour filling the rough edges ( so rough my finger edge caught my clothes). The under side where she filied, now has a "shelf " due to her filing. I dont expext perfect, but do expect to be told a head of time the cost of what I want. Over all super disappointing. read more

I wanted an acrylic French manicure using only acrylic for a white tip (not the technical name) I asked for them a little shorter as my natural nails had got quite long (3 weeks of growth) and the shape my nails were usually almond. what I got: extremely short stubby, chunky nails, terrible acrylic and gel application and gel for the white tip! when I went to pay the new girl decided to go super quick through the menu that shows up on the screen so I couldn't see that she had charged me for a card and an extra 5 dollars for shaping. I said to her that I usually pay $65/66 not the $71 she was going to charge me. (I usually do tip $5/$10, depending on the quality), they took the 5 off. To be honest I've been going for a while to posh now and with a few times I've been I've not been thrilled with the service/customer service/pricing. however I've been to jerry and he does my nails exactly how I want, actually talks to you and seems to enjoy what he does. My 8 year old daughter usually goes with me and the manager always remembers her, greets us with a smile, and engages in conversation with her about life. This is a really nice establishment but I always feel unwelcome. There is always loud chit chat amongst the employees (gossip) so it feels very chaotic. I got my nails done there by a lady and was unhappy with them because of how bulky they were and asked if she could fix them after I had already asked her before to not make them so bulky and she refused to fix them. So the manager came and told me that it's on me if they break and the whole time she was fixing them, she gave me the cold shoulder and wouldn't talk to me. The prices are always different and I hated having to pay $20 to have my toe nails painted, regardless if it's gel or shellac. read more

I had gone one week ago and had issues they had to redo 3 of my nails because there were bubbles. They were so thick and the girl rushed through the whole thing. Did NOT bother to do anything to my finger nail cuticles before she slapped the dip powder on. When she was doing the dip powder the powder was still somewhat gritty and dry before she put it on my nails. One week later and now they're breaking and look awful grown out because they didn't take care of my cuticles at ALL even though I paid for a mani pedi She let me know no refunds all they would do is fix it. I was upset and let them know if I'm paying 100$ for my nails done I expect a good service and the girl I spoke to gave me attitude back and then offered to only fix them. In all honestly I would've rather them just remove the nails and give me my money back. They said that wasn't an option. No discount. Awful service. While I was GETTING my nails done the other nail tech next to me even LOOKED at her and said she did a horrible job!!!!! Right in front of my face!!!! The pedi on the other hand was mediocre. Again nothing with my cuticles, and when they painted my toes they got the polish on my skin and didn't bother to clean it off. It was messy. I paid 100$ and left a 10$ tip despite the awful service. So I've been coming here for quite sometime and this last time was a horrible experience. I was sat down in front of an older man who I'm not sure knew quite what he was doing. He almost cut the tip of pinky off with the nail clippers as he was trimming my nails down. I have pink nail dust that won't come off of my cuticles and the nails are uneven and a few are hanging off the side of my natural nail. They didn't even go to the cuticle line. These pictures are five days after them being done. I don't like making scenes in public or in front of my daughter but I am highly upset with this. DO NOT GO TO POSH! The workers are extremely rude, unwelcoming and disrespectful. I simply ask to see the colors because she had not shown me them yet, and laughs as if she is annoyed I didn't know exactly what color I wanted. Then I just ask to see the difference between two colors and she huffs and starts to gossip with some other worker across the room. She is not a chatty person which is probably why she stays focused. The pedicures are very nice. This was probably one of the worst pedicures I've ever received from any place I've ever been to, and I've been getting nails and pedis for about 18 years. The tech just acted completely rushed, she cut me not once but 4 times, the paint doesn't even go all the way to any edge of the nail, the corners of my nails were left so sharp, and there was paint all over my skin on multiple toes! I've never had to come home and clean up my toes so much in my life! It's highly annoying when you pay for a service and then have to come home and do everything you just paid for. They were pretty busy so I didn't want to make a scene but it was worthy of a review for sure. I understand this tech isn't the only one who does toes there but I was so annoyed by the service, or lack thereof, that I will most certainly will never go back. read more

I have gone to many places, but Posh Nails is by far the best. Every 2 weeks I get a fill, and a pedi and both turn out phenomenal. I highly, highly, highly recommend this establishment! This place is the worst. If you frequently get your nails done I wouldn't recommend coming here. They rushed my service and the two people beside me by encouraging fills and not soaking off the sets completely. Additionally the lady did not do my shape I asked for; when I said can you make them less curved she said that is how my nails naturally are... I get my nails done every two weeks... This is not true. I decided to try this place since it is closer to home but I will not return. The price was ridiculous also for dip (on top of old dip) with no tips they charged $50 and to just remove shellac on my toes and paint over it was $25 read more

I used to love coming here. I don't know who the new manager is. But she is so rude. I will never go back. Saturday I got regular nail polish on my toes and shellac on my hands. They said they had matching colors for both. The shellac color for my fingers was missing out of the box. But the nail tech said that he could put the regular one on and cover it with a clear shellac coat. I said this was fine. I get home and The polish has come off of my ring finger already. I went back to the salon and he fixed it. I woke up this morning and the same nail the paint has come off. So I go in to get it fixed. The manager rudely tells me to sit down in the chair. I sit down she goes to get the polish. She sees that it's not the same. I tell her that the guy just put the regular polish on there and covered it with shellac. She said that won't work! you can't do that! I said well it worked on my other ring finger on my other hand. She said no you have to pick out a different color. So I pick out a different color she puts the new color shellac on my ring finger and then I ask her if she's gonna do my other ring finger. She says no you said it was fine. It doesn't even match!! She wanted me to have mismatched colors on my hands instead of just fixing it. It was one accent nail! And the whole time she was muttering under her breath. And just totally rude. And I asked someone else and they said that the last few times they've been there they've been really rude as well. And after reading reviews seeing how it's changed in the last few months. So after that I paid 65 dollars because of the "long nails" and the "designs" so I call and tell them they messed up and I want them redone and she yes "oh honey I'm so sorry, you come back, I fix for you " so I come back today and get them redone and I loved, the shape, could've been a little pointier but they are were pretty, til THE SAME CHICK NOW COMES OVER TO FINSIH MY NAILS, so she does my design and I tell her it's not dry yet, I can clearly see it is not and she tells me I'm yet again, wrong. So she does the Matt gal over it and smears the whole fucking thing and leaves it like that, then tells me I have a 10 dollar extra charge because I they fixed my nails to be long. I will never go back to this place and I do not suggest anyone ever go to this place. They didn't even talk to me the whole time I was getting my nails done. The man just Fucking watched tv on his phone. I am sorry I won't be back. I always make my appointments with Crystal, everyone there knows that. I have literally never had anyone else I book appointments with. I booked via app, selected Crystal and I am 100% sure that was done correctly. I get ready, go down there, on time for my appointment and the manager says I picked "anyone". Bold faced lie, you can just tell when people lie. I also look around and everyone is booked at their stations. So if that were true who was the "anyone" that was supposedly booked for me? She then says can you come back in 30 minutes, I couldn't so I left. That's why I made an appointment to not be treated like a walk-in.
