He came over to do our consultation and was very thorough with measurements, the discussion of our needs/desires, giving us his expert opinions and creating a beautiful 3D design. He did not pressure us to give him an answer that day and only requested a response within the week to get the best deal. He encouraged us to get other quotes. Not only did Jack give the lowest quote, he was the only consultant that left the designs along with the quote to let us have time to think. From our discussions, it appears that he uses better materials than some other places, and offers a lifetime warranty. The following are the list of issues of what they did to me and why they are unprofessional: - 2 site surveys were done and they still ran out of boxes and I had to spend an additional $400 on extra boxes/furniture pads for myself - During the initial survey I was told all my nice furniture would be protected with pads and wrapped appropriately. Oooh but that was a lie!! I will provide pictures. - There were only two men packing my 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and full garage house. I was nice and purchased lunch for myself and the two men ($60 on Popeyes), only for one men to leave after eating and a new guy shows up and takes my leftover chicken without asking. WTH!!! You didn't pay for that. On top of that the packing was not finished as promised that day. Was told they guys coming to move the stuff would do it the next day. - They asked for an additional $200 on packing day because they didn't see I had so much. However, remind you two site visits were done!!! Plus I spent extra money on more boxes myself. - On finish packing/pickup day (next day), 4 men came but only three guys were doing work, and one left after two hours. One guy stayed on his phone 80% of the time and they were there from 0930-1800. - You can tell they were not packers, they treated my stuff like trash. I spent thousands of dollars on my things and for them to treat me this way was disrespectful. They didn't wrap all my leather couches, my table, chairs, clothes, pictures, or washer and dryers. Remotes and power cords to tvs were separated and thrown into my storage room. - Bookshelves and dinner tray stand are broke. - I was told not to complete the payment until the guys were done. Of course, they did not finish because I needed another storage room to fit the rest of my items. However, I asked the guys while packing my 1st unit was it enough space for the items left at the house and they all said yes. If they had told me no I would have had enough time to purchase another unit while the office was open. When we got back to the house they realized then it was more stuff. Now who fought is that? I thought this company was professional!!!!!! Yeahhhh ok!! - My flat screen 75inch and 60inch were laying against the storage unit door!! SMH - I had to wait until the next day to get another storage unit to fit the rest my things. The owner called me that night and said that the guys are waiting for their funds. Now, I have no problem with paying the rest but I was told when they were done and clearly they were not. - I paid them the money but I would Never do business with them again. Please look at what they call professional!!!! Run Far far far away from them.

I specifically requested 2 floor dollies for the hospital bed as this was imperative to transport the bed on its side. Adam (the owner) and 2 other men showed up. The crew repeatedly ignored clear instructions, including my request to bring two floor dollies for a specialty hospital bed. Instead, they attempted to use a bulky cart resembling a luggage cart that didn't fit the hallway turn, resulting in broken drywall in multiple areas and damaged door trim. This method was largely unsuccessful, and the hospital bed had to be handled differently. More troubling, Adam tampered with the hospital bed's electrical components, removed the battery, and attempted to operate the bed while it was on its side -- something I specifically warned against. This caused visible strain on the central hydraulic arm and risked permanent damage to a medical device. My laminate floor was gouged when Adam purposely dropped the metal electrical panel cover, stating "I am just going to remove this", as he attempted to restore power to the bed because the battery died while he was operating the bed on its side and under strain. Adam disconnected the Washer improperly, leaving the valve partially open, which when discovered the next day had caused water to leak and damage both the laminate flooring and drywall. Despite my request to remove the washer & dryer pedestals before moving the machines, they twisted and forced the units down the stairs, leaving the pedestals dented and warped. Although Adam acknowledged the wall damage, the overall lack of care, failure to follow instructions, and unsafe handling of equipment make it impossible for me to recommend this provider. I reported the damages to Adam & I am yet to get a call back to settle the damages incurred for the drywall, gouged flooring, twisted washer/dryer pedestal, water damaged flooring. He refused to furnish his liability insurance. This says a lot.

And we had no choice because the movers were there and he already took our deposit . It was just very unprofessional to quote a price to get the business then come and ask for $100 extra and be rude and deny the quote when we call to ask why . They also use your restrooms without even asking and take a long time in there all while the clock is running . The movers were nice .

I was impressed with how she looked at my space and just started putting things away...my kitchen had everything unpacked all over my counters from the movers and it was everywhere - and not organized at all. She came in like a machine and put organizers in my drawers and just got it all nice and neat. I can't tell you how relieved it made me feel. She also helped me unpack a ton of boxes, move some pretty heavy stuff and get the rest of my house squared away after the move. It was a very pleasant experience and worth every penny. She's very friendly and fun to work with but not too chatty - like how some people get. I would hire her again in a minute without question. If you are looking for quality help, hire her- you won't be disappointed.
