First off Mike is a great guy and extremely knowledgeable and it looks great and seems to function…read morelike it should. Unfortunately that's where the good ends. As a 2x disabled combat veteran I had them out for an initial appt. all went well and was suppose to be contacted with an install date. Never happened and I forgot about it. 2 months later came across an old email and sent a message about experience. Apology and appt set. Mike came out did probably 95% and around 6pm had another appt to get to so I said just come back as it was minor stuff, sorta. A few weeks go by and I didn't hear from them. Sent a email about issues and water never getting tested before or after install.... Important to know if you actually need system or additional things to fix issues. The next day I get a email about service plans... lol. I'm thinking WTF... not even finished with job and trying to get more. Sent email with disappointment and frustration with the whole experience. Guess what? I get a call, and all that is said is "that was a system generated email for all new installs".... and appt.for a week from today. No apology for all the actual issues and what can we do to make it right and you happy. It seems this is the way of the world now, pay for product or service and it doesn't matter to company if you get what you paid for or should have gotten. Customer service and making a customer happy and satisfied for what they paid for is long gone.

Covid delayed them by a year; understandable perhaps, but since it was outdoors, I don't see what…read morethat difference that would make since it is outside. Apparently Sam Brown, the father was ill, which I am sorry for. But it took an extra year. Then I started calliing to get the pressure tank delivered - about $1800. i wanted to see how it would be placed so I could protect it once it was down. I emailed Sam and his son, I texted, I called many, many times with no answer. Sam finally answered one day and said he was better but there was a medical crisis (maybe his son; I don't recall). He said he would go look. This was about a month ago or a bit longer. He told me he would call me within 2 days, but he didn't. I finally reached him and he said that someone had stolen it. As he was not even working during that time and now there is another medical crisis, I don't believe him. My gate is always locked and the goes back about 1200 feet before you get to where the well is. I had plenty of other things people could steal if they wanted to...and nothing else was taken. There were cows, and since I hadn't built the well house, the pipes were broken off the well, which I am happy to replace, and am replacing. He said the pad was there. Well when I checked, there was a cheap piece of plastic with no indentation on it, no indentation on the ground. It was NEVER there. We got out there regularly and no one came in there and took a pressure tank! It is absurd. I was never notified that they would deliver it (I specfically askee to be notified so I would be there when it was delivered). No one had answered my phone calls or emails. I finally told him, after he said would call and didn't that I would talk to an attorney, so now I have no recourse, as he is threatening to block me because I call and text and email, but he doesn't keep his word! THE LOCAL WHO REFERRED HIM APOLOGIZED! He said he doens't know why he did it and he should have referred Jackson's. If you want delay, no communication, etc, go ahead and use them, but I heartily discourage you. I will be happy to take this down if I get my pressure tank, or proof that it was delivered....like a photo of it on my properlty easily taking by a phone.
