Visited this location on a Saturday but forgot to bring my prescription with me. The staff held the…read morepair of glasses I wanted and, when I returned during the week, patiently waited for me to make sure that's really the pair I wanted (it wasn't!). In a matter of just a few minutes, Holly handled my insurance information, checked my pupils and the fit of the frames, and explained my options for lenses to me. On top of that, my new glasses were ready the same day. Fast, efficient, and friendly service. I'll be back when it's time to shop for new frames again!

I arrived at 10:30 for a 10:40 appointment but was not brought into the exam room until 11:40. After that, I continued waiting to see Dr. Cass. I also want to note that the restroom toilet paper is extremely thin and breaks at each ply, which was inconvenient. Overall, the staff interactions were positive, but the extended wait time was frustrating and could use improvement.

It's been almost 20 years since I've used Dr. Voster, but he's now in a new office and the examination equipment they have now is of the latest technology. Nothing like it used to be, now it's more like a virtual reality type exam with a head set similar to what kids have to play games!! Dr. Voster is as kind and caring as he was 20 years ago, as are all of his assistants! The front desk is very helpful in assisting you with your insurance and paperwork also!!! Although, I have observed the prices for annual optical check-ups have risen $10-$15 every year. They say because they have to charge for this and that. Despite that this particular Today's Vision has a lot of customers, I feel like they really want to say is "Due to the poor economy, we are not making enough profit, so we're going to make up random fees, so we can stay open." HA! Anywho, Dr. Yu who is the optometrist is pretty friendly and always have a smile. The staff here is excellent as well. They have a large variety of name brand glasses and depending on which brand you choose, "You get what you pay for!!!" I always choose Armani Exchange, Prada, or OGA frames. Pretty expensive but I love the frames. I recommend this particular Today's Vision.
