I spoke with the office manager, Pam, but she didn't seem too concerned about fixing the problem. Sad to say, I will be giving my family of fives business to another place because of this. We left and went to Beaumont TSO, where we were immediately greeted with a smile and handed a tray to carry frames I might like. Left a very happy customer after ordering my new glasses.
