I have had problems with my eyes for over 2 years due to an autoimmune disease. He just dismissed it and said that it's allergies and told me to get some drop over the counter that cost $25.99. I am now in the process of trying to go see a specialist in Houston because the Dr here don't seem to really want to listen to what I have to tell them. I have had so many test done on my eyes and asked him to get them from my other Dr in Las Vegas and he straightened out said no I don't need them it's just allergies. I left there broken hearted and with still infected eyes and when I told him I was out of the drops that normally help he just brushed it off. So my primary care Dr. Does listen and he sent a script in so I could get them. Maybe don't be so cocky and listen to your patients. Just take the time to act like you care.

In a matter of just a few minutes, Holly handled my insurance information, checked my pupils and the fit of the frames, and explained my options for lenses to me. It's been almost 20 years since I've used Dr. Voster, but he's now in a new office and the examination equipment they have now is of the latest technology. Nothing like it used to be, now it's more like a virtual reality type exam with a head set similar to what kids have to play games!! Dr. Voster is as kind and caring as he was 20 years ago, as are all of his assistants! The front desk is very helpful in assisting you with your insurance and paperwork also!!! Although, I have observed the prices for annual optical check-ups have risen $10-$15 every year. They say because they have to charge for this and that. Despite that this particular Today's Vision has a lot of customers, I feel like they really want to say is "Due to the poor economy, we are not making enough profit, so we're going to make up random fees, so we can stay open." HA! Anywho, Dr. Yu who is the optometrist is pretty friendly and always have a smile. The staff here is excellent as well. They have a large variety of name brand glasses and depending on which brand you choose, "You get what you pay for!!!" I always choose Armani Exchange, Prada, or OGA frames.
