Sadly, it was worse than I get even in the cheapest salons in Chinatown, Houston, Tx. Bought two facials on groupon and also purchased two brow waxes while there for my friend and me. While waiting two groups came to buy stuff from the boutique but both left because there was no one to service them upfront.
