If you don't have one we'll sell you one for $2.00 Went to the back, and no masks. Idiots Very happy to be a client of Apple Dental now.

The lady in front verified (or at least said she did) my benefits before I ever agreed to have the work done and now that it's time to put the crown on the want over $300 more money because they failed to mention that they only are on network as a premium provider not a PPO provider. Has I known that I would have walked out that day and gone somewhere else but I was lied to by the receptionist who specifically told me they my PPO was ok and how much it would cost. The office manager would not even let me explain that to her. And yes I got upset. They are holding my son's tooth hostage and the insurance company said they should have . Now he can't even go anywhere else to have another crown put on because the insurance is going to deny it so he is pretty much screwed because this dentist couldn't be honest with me from the get go. Do not trust them. The dentist may be great but he needs an entire new office staff. I ended up with only half of my teeth cleaned and was charged $175 despite my dental insurance covering annual x-rays in full and preventive services in full every six months. I came back today to get the other half of my teeth cleaned and just left the office after spring in the waiting room 45 minutes past my appointment time. Unprofessional! Highly recommend checking the billing codes being submitted for services since I was required to pay for routine preventive services that should be covered in full.

The folks at the front desk are very accommodating, cheerful and really want to help. Through the years I've had probably more than half a dozen dentists in different states and I can assure you that Dr. Folsom gets it right the first time. I know a lot of my friends like to go to Mexico but when you have a problem you got to go back to Mexico. When the crown was installed there was no adjustment the bite was perfect. Probably one of the top dentist that I've had work on my teeth in my lifetime.
