My daughter wanted to go thrifting this year for school clothes to create certain looks so we thought we give this store a try. It's a pretty big store but it's not very organized. The labels for example like " jackets, short sleeves, or jeans" or very small. The store is very full of items but the items are not the best. There is not really a section for all ages. Unless you're a kid. The workers don't speak to you at all. There is no greeting upon entering or leaving. While looking at a few items a few workers were rolling items on carts but they seem bothered by customers in the way. It wasn't a very friendly environment. They have deals of the day but there is no way of knowing what color tags are having a deal. The color tags on clothing aren't visible either. I tried to see if it was displayed anywhere else but we just gave up and went elsewhere. The parking lot is open and somewhat vacant in some spots. I find it safer to park up closer to the store.

Huge store been here handful or less since I live in cypress and Omg their prices have gone up!! They have old clothes and shoes nothing to really brag about! I've seen better at GW and prices even better than here! Jesus! If you shop for sale tags "Color" maybe be decent price but really Walmart jeans prices at $13.99 worn used?? Come on! I been here maybe 1yr back and it was decent but yeah I won't be coming back here!!!

The teenage girls that work there on Saturday were very rude and gave attitude to the customers. The clothes was not worth it.

Pavement provides a valuable compromise between thrift and retail stores. Everyone loves the idea…read moreof thrifting, but it's often time-consuming and requires a sharp eye to spot the hidden gems. For a markup price, but still no where near what you'd pay at a retail store, Pavement filters a lot of the boring thrift items out. That way, you're more likely to find something you like without having to look too hard. Some of the finds here are quite impressive. I've bought a couple of graphic tees over the years, never paying more than $15 each despite them looking new. One of them has even landed in my rotation about once a week. Pavement's role as a trendy semi-thrift store works well for its location; I often find myself popping in for only 20-30 minutes, either right before or after grabbing a bite with friends, because that's all the time I need to browse the already-curated merchandise. In short, this is a great place to upgrade your wardrobe without breaking the bank or combing through hundreds of pieces at a time. The chances of walking out with something in hand is still hit or miss, similarly to any conventional thrift store, but I like my odds way better when I walk in here.

Everything is clearly marked, priced fairly, and the inventory rotates quickly. I love to stop by on their special store-wide 50% off discount days and check out their dish-ware and women's blazers sections. You never know what you're going to find which makes the visit all the more exciting. They also have a great system to donate items. Pull up to their donation truck in the parking lot and an attendant will assist with unloading your items and providing a drop off receipt if requested. Great service!

Used bikes shouldn't be $200 as that's ridiculous. A new bike would cost that much. A few of the furniture is outdated and not in a vintage way, but at least from the 80s. Some of it looks like pieces from popular furniture stores and they were unscathed. I did see a familiar piece of furniture that is up to date and since all furniture is currently 50% off, they are reasonably priced to sell. The staff are talkers so beware if you thinking you can casually browse without being spoken to. Staff members seem to like to follow you around just to spark up a conversation with you which can be annoying. It happened to my friend and I three times. Twice by one staff member who was strongly trying to convince us to buy an article of furniture and another time by guy who followed us onto the second layer of the store. I even noticed that did it to other consumers as well. The purse and shoe collection appeared to be well stocked with the selection being very nice from cowboy boots, running shoes, to leather engraving purse. Huge store.
