We bought a classic truck in New Mexico and we're driving it back to Mississippi. When we ended up having a blow out on the interstate. It was a Sunday night at 7:00p the tow truck driver called the owner after hours and he went to his shop and put four new tires on our truck. Got us back in the road by 9:00 pm. SCAMMER Richard is a scammer. I would never go here again. I sent my wife with two trailer wheels to get the tires replaced. He takes advantage of people in bad situations over charging and makes up lies to try and cover his a$$. I called around to multiple competitors the next day and found pricing from $70-$105 a tire. He charged me $389.87 for two tires. I will be disputing the charges with my cc company after he would not be a man and settle this before I had to turn him in. read more

We had a tire blow just outside of Luling on a utility trailer we were pulling from Rocksprings back to Houston at 11:30 pm. After internet searches and calling multiple roadside assistance options that either couldn't help us or would only tow the trailer for us we found Smiley Tire Shop. He answered on the first call, was at our site with two new tires in less than 40 minutes, and has us back on the road within 1 he of our initial call. It was fairly priced for such a late night call. We are so grateful to have been able to finish our trip home afterwards. I would definitely use him again if needed and in the area. read more

Called to get my tire changed smiley (the owner) tells me through the phone that it was going to be 150$ , he arrives to the location where my tire popped , he arrives with no fucking tire and then proceeds to tell me he would change the back tire to the front tire and the spare tire would go to the back tire , after he's done he tells me if I'm ready to pay , he told me it's 150$ for everything he did , keep in mind he told me it was 25$ for labor and 125$ for the tire , so I got charged 150$ for just the simple labor and no tire. We have been really strapped for cash due to COVID. We needed 4 new tires put on our vehicle. Smiley (the owner) said that we could do a payment plan and it would only charge 3% interest. Come to find out that they do only charge 3% but I have to "rent" the tires for a year first and that costs $750 then I buy them witch is $520 plus the interest and tax. He lie to my face after that trying to cover his ass. I strongly recommend not going here. I would rather get my tires from Walmart. read more

BEWARE OF SCAMMER! I got stranded on i10 at 9:30pm. My insurance had a tow truck driver tow my car to the only tire shop that was open. Prior to this we had confirmed with the owner that he had used tires in the size I needed. When we arrived he went to look for said tires and came back with not a used but a new cheap Chinese tire and said this is all I have. Then proceeded to explain that it would be nearly $300 for this cheap eBay $50-$70 tire and 15 minutes of his time. Keep in mind that I have a very small car. This man who changes tires for a living thinks he's smarter than everyone and blatantly rips people off. Do not go here if you get stranded! I realized pretty quickly that I had been scammed and completely taken advantage of because he knew I had no other options. read more

My son hit a huge pothole coming out of Bucees in Luling. Called our insurance company to send someone out. Due to Coronavirus, the wrecker wasn't able to provide 2 occupants with a ride, but could tow his car. Being from out of town, there was no way for my son to get where his car was going to be towed to. The wrecker called a "friend" and they brought out a new tire, rim and helped changed the 2 flats, but charged $280 for that service. OUTRAGEOUS!!! A bit excessive on the price, but appreciate you coming out to help. I hope you can sleep at night for overcharging people. read more

Had two wheels blow while out on the high way hauling an old camper, they where not only the ones to come out and help us, but went above and beyound by coming back sevral times to assist with a messed up Axel. I believe the man that helped us was named Robert, I certainly own him a bottle of wine, he went above and beyoud working on our camper. Would highly recommed! read more

I had been driving around for the past hour or two on a run flat tire, having no luck finding a service shop with the tire size I needed. Luckily, I ended up at Smiley's and was able to get the new tire I needed replaced within about 10 minutes. Luck turned around and I found this place, this guy has a huge selection of tires and just so happened to have my special low profile tire I needed. The price was good as well.
