I received the truck back on July 24, 2024 with a bill for $391.21. The diagnosis provided was that they found nothing wrong beyond maybe an alignment. Because I've been driving 15 years I suspected that this was incorrect and along with money wasted, pretty much an unarmed robbery: I went to TAT Express, and Levi Truck Stop to be fair and received disturbing news. They stated that this company's actions were reckless and that the vehicle has a driveshaft that is loose beyond DOT limits and that the Kingpins are at 60 THOUSANDST and that it was a simple diagnosis and that with the proper equipment it would have only taken less than 30 minutes. I will be contacting Consumer Affairs, The AG of TX and filing a FRAUD complaint. I cannot begin to express the disappointment and disgust I feel at this moment, as I went to them in good faith and instead came face to face with a common thief!
