This is the shop I maybe going to if the shop in Lake Dallas does not work out. I requested a online quote for repair and I am assuming it is the owner of the shop. Politeness and care was taken into consideration when talking to the owner of shop. I am a survivor of stroke that took place March 12, 2022. The only thing that is lacking is short term memory loss and that is challenging me when talking about mechanical issues regarding my Fiat 500L Trekking model. This is a 2014. My only main concern is driving to Plano because I am currently fighting dehydration and a sinus infection. I have a 2014 mini Cooper and have been taking it to multiple shops lately for second opinions. As it has BMW parts, it's usually a very expensive fix. What I liked about this place in comparison to all the others was that they were very upfront with me about what I actually needed, no bs. What I loved about this place, which I feel is a lost art nowadays, was their communication. They were very fast to look at the car and send me over the diagnosis, pictures included. I had a bit of an issue because the parts ended up being the wrong ones and I needed super pricey parts in the end that I could not afford, but during this whole process they kept me incredibly informed and assured me they were getting me the absolute best price they could. Even though I had to decline service as it was way out of budget (no fault of their own, it's just a pricey car with a pricey repair), I would for sure come back here as they have been the most helpful and the most communicative out of any other car shop I've been to. read more

Two of the most recent times we did not have an appointment but they accepted our walk in and even had it repaired and ready by the next day. The man working here is also so friendly. I will admit, we did get a cheaper estimate another time than we did here, and decided to take it to the other place. We deeply regret it. Not only did the other place keep our car for three weeks, they ordered the wrong parts, left early after we drove three hours to pick it up and told us it was ready when they hadn't even started. Ford said that the fly wheel broke 3 weeks past the 2 year warranty period and would not cover any damage or repairs. I called Ray at Honesty repair and I am so thankful I did. He repaired the flywheel and noticed my fuel injectors had antifreeze and oil in them. He repaired that also for an amazing price.
