Super disappointed. Staff was nice but no one bothered to tell me they were moving and didn't have all their equipment. I found out AFTER they took my blood and gave me my vitamins C shot. I needed the in body machine and it was no longer at this location. Had I know I would have waited and scheduled my appointment at a different location or a different date/time. They hardly can be connected. Either phone call or an email. I have sent my email for inquiry to ask my semiglutide injection order that I made on Saturday, now it is Wednesday, I asked them to make the clinic which makes the compound to call me for confirming on certain things. I was not getting any calls so I try to call here to see if my request was went through or my order even submitted. Since the physician they have on Saturday, it's one lady, she has a history of "mistakenly" not input my semiglutide order, which takes about a week from ordering date, that messed up my cycle and I had to start from the week 1 all over again. Which is immensely frustrating. If that repeated again for this time, I don't even know how to express my anger about their failures. Those injections are not cheap, nor my precious weekend that only 1 day I am finally off from my 6/7days working is wasted for nothing is something it will be make me furious. What is the point of having contact information when 2-3 of you are definitely in the office working. Nobody is checking and try to respond any emails? Hello? If you took my money, then get the freakin' order that I was expected for that charge at least. This is 3rd time it's happening. I can't believe this. read more

Don't waste your money with this place!!! The staff and doctor at the San Antonio location on 281 near Thousand Oaks is horrible!!! There is NO encouragement or friendliness at this place at all!! I saw the doctor 2 times (she sees you once after every 4 weeks) and she BARELY looked at me either time. Both times, she scribbled in her folder the whole time and hurried out the door. When you go in for the first time, you watch a video on following the original Atkins program and you get an injection of B12 (an injection of Lipoen is offered for an additional $20 per week) and a prescription for a low dose of Phentermine. You come in once a week for 4 weeks for injection(s) and on the next visit you see the doctor. They give you a list of places to get the Phentermine for $13, but none are convenient to get to. My opinion of this place might be different if someone had asked me ONE time out of the 7 weeks I went how I was doing on the program. And when I called with questions after my first visit, it was as if I was bothering the staff member with my question. The posted signs in the office state that if you give them a review online, you get a free injection of Lipoden (the $20 injection). My guess is that this is why so many people give great reviews. Unless you need the drugs to kick you into gear, my best advice is to do Atkins or Keto on your own and save your time and money. read more

Great place to lose weight if you are serious and ready to commit to a weight loss plan. The shots b12 and lipoden are great for energy and fat loss. However you will not see results unless you eliminate carbs and sugars from your diet. Some cons about this place... The building is outdated, furniture, decor, weight scales, and patient rooms can be upgraded easily and without much monetary downfall. If they fix this I'm sure they will get more decent clientele. Their on-boarding process is good but it can be improved. A small consult with a nurse for questions and a personalized visit could improve the experience, rather than just make you watch a video... As far as staff most are friendly but not all are very experienced, especially when it comes to getting the shots... Some of them have no idea what they are doing and you get out of there with your arm or butt in pain all day. Overall, it's s good place to kickstart your Weightloss plan and life style change. That is key, "lifestyle change" think about what your going to do on this plan and apply it to your daily routine for the rest of your life and you will have great results. I have gone to Texas Weight Lisa Center off and on for years. The off and on was not because it didn't work for me because it did! Every time I've given it a go I've lost no less than 20 pounds within the first 60 days. It can get costly but you will see results. The staff is very friendly and they can get you in and out quick! I am a fan of the Lipo B, Lipoden, and B-12 injections. I think its a great way to start off your weight loss journey especially if your figuring out which diet and exercise plan works for you. If I am not sticking to my diet and exercising like I should, I can still loose about 2-5 lbs a week but like I said depending on my diet. I've lost about 20 lbs in the last month from it, granted some of it is water weight as well but it has help a lot get my kicked started. I do both the Lipo B and B-12 shots once a week but I believe you can do them at the least every 3 days. The staff is extremely friendly and I've not felt judge since I've been going. They do believe in a high protein and low carb diet but its not necessary in order to loose weight or go to their clinic. The shots work differently per person and how much weight you will loose. I say give it at last 2 to 3 months of you doing the shots and eating correctly as well as exercising. You can do it for a longer term or use it as a jump start. I definitely recommend trying it out. If you do not like it, its not like you have sign a contract to it. If anything the B-12 shots itself will help improve your energy levels. read more

I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. The customer service person setting up my appointment was extremely rude. After nearly 2 hours of waiting I left. All they have you do is watch a 6 minute video about the Atkins diets, (By the way, reports concluded that Dr. Atkins, 72, had a history of heart attacks and congestive heart failure and notes that he weighed 258 pounds at death. His own diet wasn't good for him.) After being made to wait for 30 minutes I was put into a room to watch a video, then some office clerk comes in a room slaps down a couple of pieces of paper what I can and cannot eat. No explanation, never asked if I had any questions. Then they said I needed an EKG. It had to be done twice since the incompetent. All of this took an hour and forty five minutes to complete and I still had yet to have blood work done. I decided between the rudeness, the incompetence, their lack of efficiency and disinterest in their patience, I was in the wrong place and left. You basically are told heres 2 sheets on the atkins diet. They give you a shot (b12) ask if you want to take the other one with you.5 min with doctor. They write a script and tell you come back in 2 weeks. Or not. No support. Girl bruised me twice trying to get blood(didnt get any so no bloodwork) most unfriendly place In my opinion just a diet pill doctor. You should be tipped off by the spelling errors on their marketing and the general intelligence level of the staff about the level of professionalism of this place. I've been coming here since 2010. I lost 20 lbs and have managed to keep it down. The meal plan is a low carb, high protein diet with B12 injections and other supplements as well! I've referred several people who have seen results as well. I highly recommend coming here and trying it out. I have gone to the Texas Weight Loss Center and I have taken their B-12 injections but its scary when I received my 1st injection. It was given from a tray prefilled of B-12. I have a gut feeling that the syringes are being reused because after injection the syringe was not thrown away. It pretty scary because after I asked the nurses aide she told me that they prefill all syringes before they open up each day...you never get to see the syringes coming out of the wrappers.. Im not going back because its too shady. read more
