After completing the paperwork, I received access to an account that listed vitamins for purchase--items that were never discussed during my consultation--and there was no mention of the treatment plan we had reviewed. Additionally, there was no indication that I would be meeting with a licensed provider, which had not been clearly communicated beforehand. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this practice and regret sharing my personal information with them. New patients should proceed with caution.

The preparation rules require you to avoid eating and avoid working out before the scan, so every cancellation meant I had already rearranged my day, skipped workouts, and prepared for nothing. Last-minute cancellations happen occasionally, but repeated cancellations with almost no notice are unprofessional and inconsiderate. I can't recommend a service that does not respect customers' time.

I was dealing with shoulder pain, upper back pain and neck pain. Dr. Carlson listened to my concerns and really took his time to ensure I felt better. After I was done treatment for my car accident I saw him for my first pregnancy in 2018 because I was dealing with really bad sciatica pain. He made my pregnancy just that much bearable (I hated being pregnant lol). In 2020 I started seeing him again after my second baby was born for upper back pain due to nursing two kids in a pretty short period of time. I cannot even begin to explain how much better I always felt leaving his office. Even if a new pain started bothering me he has always been quick to give me advice or try something new to give me immediate relief. His office staff is also amazing and very personable! They have always helped me get on the schedule with times that fit best with me and if I needed to get on some sort of payment plan they were able to help me. Needless to say, the level of customer service and treatment you will get here is high quality! You will definitely leave here feeling better every time.

A buddy suggested that I go to an IV hydration clinic instead. The obgyn nurse said an IV hydration clinic would probably be cheaper than paying ten percent at an ER. My husband found Smooth Aesthetics. Smooth Aesthetics is owned by nurse Oscar and his physician wife Dr. Leyva. Oscar was able to see me within two hours at their Round Rock location. I paid $200 for two saline bags plus Zofran. Zofran is an anti-nausea medication, which Oscar thought might help with the other end, but it didn't. Nonetheless, I didn't feel like dying from dehydration anymore, and the baby was safe. For an additional $25, Oscar will travel to your house if you're unable to get a ride. If you only need one bag of saline, it's $150. It's much cheaper than going to an ER. He also administers generic semaglutinide for $300/ month. He showed me before and after pictures of his personal weight loss of forty pounds, and he looks amazing. I would be interested in a NAD IV in the future as it's all the celebrity rage right now for anti aging.
