I asked for the rose bushes to be trimmed on occasion and to fill in bare spots in the back yard with mulch which he quoted at $30 extra. Fair enough to me. He takes Zelle payment if you don't have cash on hand. Superb! At the end of the job he asked if he could put up a sign designating his work, which was fine by me. I gave him a $20 tip too.

They did a great job removing all the loose and cracked mortar and now we have solid and beautiful chimneys. Similar work had to be done on the brick lintel under a three window grouping on the second story.
