For starters every time I've tried checking this place out they haven't been open during business hours. At first it seemed affordable but they kept adding a bunch of hidden fees. Ended up being super expensive. They were having trouble using my logo which I never had a problem with at other places. She needed it in some unheard of format I believe it was called vex format. It was not easy to get ahold of them. The work was never done. After a month of going back and forth I finally got my refund but she kept 15% of what I paid even though no work was done. Only go to this place if you are not in a hurry to get your products and if you want them to create your logo, lastly if you're okay with a bunch of added fees. -biggest problem was their Lack of communication. read more

Purchased my '87 YSR50 brand new a month after it was produced in Japan. In 2007 did a frame up restore, but not the body. That is a whole project unto itself! Was planning to do a "mini me" 04 R1, but finding body parts in today's world is not an option. So started looking for another solution and came across TFB with their Kenny Roberts Special TFB Designs Custom Graphics design and fell in love. I had tfb designs create a logo for my business. I sent them a few pictures of designs that I would like to have them create. They sent me their supposedly design and I was not happy with it. They basically traced the image that I gave them and sold it to me as their own. In my opinion that's copyrighted somebody else created artwork and they just basically copied it and paste it and sold it to me. I had to pay them the money or pay them more money to do a revision. So buyer beware they are copyist and paste specialists. These guys are not graphic designers they are Trace designers. They trace other people's artwork and sell it as their own. I was forced into buying this because you got to pay up front. If I had to pay for the product after seeing it I sure wouldn't have gave him any money. read more

I ordered a set of 4 door sill guards for a 2022 Chevy Colorado with a z71 emblem. The vinyl was by far very inferior to other companies I have used for graphics in the past. The emblem was not etched in but vinyle on vinyl. Once I appled I could not keep these on my new truck. Contacted custmer service and their answer was if you installed them we are not responsible. read more

These decals have held up 6 years and counting. NO bubbles, NO fading, my hood pin stripes, side door decals, badge overlays, center caps overlays all look exactly the same as the first day I got it. They said it costs $10 for "installation". It's a STICKER! I won't be using the new STICKER. It's the satisfaction of knowing that a single man and his attorney can go after shady people like this. Ordered "Turbo Snail Decals" received the completely wrong item, (Ford Emblems) notified the company by email. They refused to send me the ones I ordered because they wanted me to exchange them. I ordered them specifically for a car show, that was the weekend of so my brother placed the ones they sent on the car while I was at work. Thinking that if I notified them, I'd receive the ones I ordered or would be compensated. I was told I needed to send them back and exchange them, at most they could offer a discount. For a decal that costs at most 5$ to produce I was told I needed to send them back. Wasn't offered a return stamp either, customers shouldn't have to pay for an employee's mistakes. I approached them with decency and kindness and was received with unprofessional ism, as if I was responsible for the mistakes made by them. read more
