I love the Print Shop! They are so helpful and accommodating. I asked around to see if anyone could do a custom designed shirt within days, and they were the only business that could do it!! The quality of their work is amazing!! I wanted them to print up a 60th birthday shirt that I custom designed using my very rudimentary cut and paste skills. They asked if I wanted them to try to make a few design enhancements and it turned out beautifully! I couldn't have been happier! Do NOT do business with them!! Our company ordered from this print shop and we unfortunately did not like their product that was printed. They did accept a return, but when I went to return the cards, "Vivek" told me "I didn't know how to proof". I told him I was very transparent and honest with how the proof was DIFFERENT compared to what was printed, and he questioned me "do you want to go there?" in a threatening tonality. I told him maybe there was a printing error? and he became defensive and told me there was no printing error. Vivek then said my company doesn't know how to communicate or proof. Yet he doesn't want to accept any criticism? He can point fingers and blame, but can't take any accountability - that's what happens in business, customers sometimes don't like the finished product, and that's ok!! That's when you revisit the problem and try to fix it! But he was very rude, disrespectful, threatened me, and basically told me I don't know how to do my job. Wish i could give 0 stars. i needed a simple print done on clear film, when i called they asked that i email the design and that they could do it no problem within a day. Now its about a week later with no reply. i have called and left voicemails asking if they received my design and no call back. i have called several more times and have just been sent to voicemail. i am all about supporting local businesses but if you need prints done, you should find a shop that actually values their customers. read more

I highly recommend this printing shop. I have used their services several times for many events and I have never been disappointed. I love their amazing positive energy and just the total vibe that I sensed while visiting to discuss my projects. Their graphic design skill and imagination is unlimited. Today I went in to make prints and their credit card service was down for me to make a payment, the owner said not to worry about it and didn't charge me at all or ask for any cash. I'm a college student and I needed about 30 pages printed. I contacted Waseem and he met up with me on his own time to print these pages I really needed. I was ready to pay and seeing I was a student, Waseem very kindly didn't charge me...even though I wanted to give him something for his time!! My mom had wanted my graduation announcements printed for this year. We showed Waseem what we wanted for a design, and within two days they were ready and printed. I went to give him my debit card and he didn't charge me AGAIN, just out of the kindness of his heart, seeing I was part of the class of 2020. You guys...why have I EVER gone to a kinkos before?! The Print Shop in Morgan Hill is phenomenal. Best customer service I have ever received. I showed up 10 mins before they closed with a big job and they did it RIGHT THEN! Whatt? I thought i would drop off/pick up. Waseem and May went above and beyond. Highly recommend!! Tip: Get a quote ahead of time. It was a little pricey and I probably would not have done the job I did, had I known the price. BUT, that was my fault for not asking ahead of time. Beware of working with this business. Unfortunately, recent dealings with the owner have shown a repeated lack of accountability that potential customers should be aware. Our last couple of print jobs with them, there were quality issues and mistakes made because the owner seems to lack knowledge of the printing business and necessary quality control processes. Furthermore, even though everything was captured in writing, this meant nothing to the owner who took no responsibility and only gave excuses. He disregarded what was clearly documented and claimed verbal agreements that he "clearly remembers". Additionally, the owner made no attempts to remedy the situations - both times, we (the customer) came up with a solution that forced us to compromise just to resolve the issue and move on - yet the owner continues to claim that he is the one that is always "bending over backwards" to maintain the business relationship. I'm writing this review because our company decided to move to a different print shop, and now the owner refuses to give us our custom tooling - cutting/scoring dies that we completely custom-designed and paid for (of course, we have full documentation of this). These tools are completely useless to him since they are completely custom and won't be used by anyone else. We are working with the Better Business Bureau regarding this. I'm sure the people in the store are great, and the store may be acceptable for small jobs. However, if you are a business with larger orders that expects to have repeated dealings with the owner, I would advise looking into other options. read more

i think this place has gone down the drain...i used to do alot printing when the original owner (anne) owned it..so the discription below is misleading when it says been open since 1981. yes it has been open but not ran by the same happy people.. its been a few years since she sold it.... and everything has changed from the kind staff that was so helpful.. to the overall operation of the business..not to mention the prices. i have gone in a few differnt times, the current staff is good but not like the previous staff.. i continued to go thinking maybe itll be better next time but it wasnt.. a few times i went in the guy behind the desk... which i belive is the new owner.. had no clue what i was looking for it was a simple book copy for moy class..... i just miss the old place and how it was ran before...i will not be going back and will take my class work else where in the cityof morgan hill.... :( its sad at one time it was my go to print shop! read more
