I ordered alphabet/number tracers and name tracers for each of my 2 children. I had an unique experience- there were some snags. In the end, all of the snags were corrected and I received the product. The product was a good quality and both kids do use them from time to time. I placed the order at the end of August, paid the first day of September. A little over two weeks later, I had checked in with Brian regarding the tracking for my order because it should have arrived in the mail (even with USPS). Tracking was checked and it was floating around 6 hours away. I noticed that the address was incorrect on the shipping label. Brian let me know that another set will be created the next day. A week later, I followed up for a tracking number so I could keep an eye out for the new batch. Got a tracking number relatively quickly and the parcel was received 2 days later. I opened up the parcel and both of the kids' last names were misspelt. First, I tried to get my ex-husband to change his last name but he wasn't ok with it... So, that being said, I reached out to Brian about the last names and a new one was mailed. Two days later, I received the replacement for my son's name board and I reached out about my daughter's reprint to see if it was coming separately (she is the school aged child that I initially ordered for, the boy is just getting one for fun). I received my daughter's name board about two weeks later. Brian is super easy to work with and is really responsive each time I checked in. He did pivot and correct all of the hiccups that we encountered and I received all of the product ordered.
