Found Suzanne as a referral from Jesus DeNiz, another notary here. (thank you, Jesus!). She was on the road but was able to fit us in in just a couple of hours. Suzanne let us know upfront how much her services cost. Also, she said we would be in time to beat a late-day UPS pickup which she knew about locally and where we could take the forms. Awesome. She even offered to take it to the dropoff. I declined only because I wanted to find my way around town more. Suzanne knew the paperwork we were signing, made sure it was all in order and made the process so easy. We made the pickup in plenty of time and it was one great big thing off our plate this week. Don't know how often we'll need a notary, but she is our first call.

At least give ppl a couple days notice! Luckily my wife was forgiving and was ok with a gift 3 weeks later. This was very poorly planned out on their part and wasn't near any realm of good customer service. They've lost my trust.
