Also the guy who did the financial part and the paper work was kind and helpful (I forgot his name) Even thought we weren't one of the "heavy" costumers (many purchase there VERY expansive luxuries cars) they treated us like VIP. I purchased the car but had to fly out and they held it for me for two weeks, then they delivered it to my house. The car is pre-owned in TOP TIER condition. It had extra parts, all the paper work, I feel like a got the most amazing car for half of the price of a brand new JCW, but it feels new in every aspect. Will recommend this dealership for sure.

Within 7 minutes of dropping the car off I was contacted by their sales team offering to buy my car, which should have been the first red flag. I was told it might take "a while" and was brought to the loaner car desk. After waiting for about 30 minutes I was told that my insurance was not accepted. I was offered an uber home and back to the shop when ready, or sign up with their rental car company with a deposit and their insurance. Not understanding how long this was going to be I took the uber home. No update was given that day. When I called on Saturday I was told it wouldn't be looked at until Monday! When I expressed how unacceptable that was, I was told, "I said it might be a while". I was not provided with a single update until Monday when "someone should reach out shortly". Never happened. On Tuesday I got my quote for the repairs 5 days after I dropped it off. $10,000! I called them to ensure all services were denied, and they tried to have me sell them my car as a down payment towards a new one. Avoid at all costs.

This sure beats the hell out of having to deal with the longgggg hours at a car dealership. I will defenitly be recomending to anyone that ask for my opinion, "DO IT"!!!!!
