The owner, Ozzie Vargas, convinced me to travel from West Palm with the promise that with $1,000 I would drive out the same day. They ended up selling me a 2019 Chevy Trax that was not suitable for my family of six children and that turned out to have damages, missing parts, and serious mechanical problems. Facts: * I was approved through a new bank (Kane Financial) that never contacted me; the paperwork and the license plate were left pending. * They added an additional loan through Flexflow, supposedly for insurance, with extremely high interest and weekly payments. * Two days later, the oil light turned on; shortly after, the car wouldn't start without a portable charger. * Mechanics found missing lug nuts on the wheels (accident risk), a damaged alternator, and a rear bumper repaired with glue (signs of a previous accident). * More than a month passed without receiving the plate, until I discovered at the DMV that the vehicle had a lien/hold. * I lost my source of income, temporary housing, and personal belongings when a tow truck took the car without any notice.
