If you're tired of the typical dealership nonsense and want someone who actually has your back, go see Jeremiah at HGreg. Arrived at the time of appointment and greeted with a sales reps that didn't know the meaning of a smile. Then only to find out the car we came to see wasn't available at the dealer and it was at the west palm beach location going through an inspection! Why??? Why confirm appointments and why post the vehicle being available at Doral when it wasn't. False advertisement and bait and switch tactic likely. However, luckily my son was also interested in other vehicles at the location so it kinda worked out. Another issue as well was their key management system as they seem to have a hard time finding keys for the car we where interested in and when found and ready for a test drive, they had trouble finding keys for cars that were blocking us in. Advice to call the dealer directly to confirm availability compared to dealing with the online customer service. And be prepared to wait! Everything else is also true about other reviews with the high dealer fees of $1299 and a mandatory protection plan that's $1699 which along with sales tax and title and tag fees will likely add $4000-$5000 extra for your out the door price. Although it's all extra fluff, it's common with many dealers so continuing your search for a car anywhere else you may encounter similar outrageous fees.

When we arrived, Simon was ready to show us the car. We took a quick test drive and then returned to the dealership to engage in the usual song and dance. Simon returned from the manager's office with the typical BS stuff tacked on, and we had other cars to look at, so we departed. After looking at all of our options, we thought the CRV here was the best. I texted with Simon the following day and asked for the add ons to be removed and negotiated the dealer fee down a little. Much to my surprise, we were able to quickly agree and come to a deal. The only catch was that I needed to finance the car to get the advertised low price, but they said I could pay it off before the first payment. Juan, the finance manager, was great - no BS, no games. I ran all of the documents through Claude AI and confirmed that there were no tricks, no secrets, no "gotchas". We were able to e-sign the documents from home. I ubered to the dealership and arrived at 12:30. I was in the car exiting the lot at 12:54! It seriously could not have been easier. Please be advised that they keep the dealership refrigerated to arctic levels, so if you need to spend anytime there for negotiation or credit approval, bring a sweater! And a coat! And maybe some gloves! Kudos to Simon and Juan for not being the stereotypical vultures! This was a really relaxed and stress free process.

He handled every detail like a total pro -- organized, responsive, and genuinely kind. Doral Hyundai is a high-volume dealership, and yet Rudy delivered personalized, white-glove treatment that would impress even the most discerning luxury-brand shopper. We definitely didn't make it easy on him -- we questioned features, specs, even the AWD (which was clearly labeled on the vehicle!). But Rudy never lost patience or momentum. just kept solving, reassuring, and following through. If you're looking for top-tier service with real heart, ask for Rudy at Doral Hyundai. He's proof that big dealerships can still offer boutique-level care.

I BEG YOU, DO NOT SHOP OR SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE HERE…read more There is a reason that Miami has the reputation it has as the scam capital of the world, and places like this are exactly why. This is your typical Miami sleazy sales pipeline where the stereotypical dudebro sales representatives in too-tight dress pants treat you like royalty if you're there to buy something, and will literally toss you aside like a finished cigarette once they got the sale. All I needed to do was get my vehicle services for a "Check ABS" issue that was covered under warranty, and now down multiple hours, emails, and phone calls with god knows how many different departments trying to get a reimbursement for a tow service that should never have been charged to me in the first place. Wasted three full work-days con estos gusanos. Genuinely, save your time, save your stress, save your hair follicles, do not come here.

Later in the afternoon, I received a video recommending multiple things I should have worked on. Ultimately, I decided to only have one of the recommendations done on top of the tire rotation. Around 5 PM that day, I received a notification my car was ready for pickup and that I would need to get there in 50 minutes (before the shop closed). Unfortunately, I was unable to leave work until 7:30 PM, so I was informed I could pay online and my keys would be left with the sales team (which was supposedly staying open later). By the time I arrived at the dealership (roughly around 7:45 PM), no one was there. A janitor informed me that the dealership closed 2 hours early for a holiday party so there was no one to give me my keys. She kindly walked me over to the holiday party, which was full of dealership employees. I spoke to one gentlemen and explained the situation. He told me there was nothing he could do and told me to come back in the morning (even though I told him my working hours were before the dealership opened). Due to the fact I was not helped, I was not able to get into my home that night (my apartment keys were in my car). I had to sleep at a friend's apartment and my dog was left alone for almost 24 hours due to not being able to access my apartment. When I arrived the next morning, I had to miss work to pick up my car. The gentleman who got my keys in the morning told me he was at the holiday party the night before and that he would've been able to assist me. Oh...and my keys just happened to be inside the front desk of the lobby I walked in the night prior and the key to that desk was just sitting behind the computer screen the entire time. The reason I share this information is because I find there is a glaring lack of communication and empathy at this business. After spending over $600 for repairs, I was left without my car, access to my apartment, and missed a work day. It's obvious that customer service or even just human decency isn't valued here.

However, cars cannot last forever and when it was time to retire my beloved Rouge, my first stop was Carmax to see the value so I could use that towards a new car. On Friday, I put in all the information about my vehicle into the Carmax website and got an offer that was valid for 7 days. Carmax gave me more than Carvana and so I took that online offer to the dealership on Saturday. The dealer offered me much less than the Carmax offer - so I walked out of that deal, and went back to Carmax to see the official appraisal. I made an appointment online, arrived on time on a Sunday afternoon (the last day of the month) - and was out with my appraisal which matched the online quote in real life in 40 minutes. I found this to be quick and painless, and a great experience. I did not get a car from Carmax, but I feel like they gave me a great and fair offer on my car which helped me leverage a great deal at a dealership for a new lease.

The "customer first" image is pushed hard, but as an employee, it often felt like numbers and quotas came first--by a mile. Cars were rushed through inspections to meet deadlines, and there was always pressure to move inventory, even when it clearly needed more attention. That famous "125-point inspection"? Let's just say it's more about checking boxes than actually checking the car. Management varied wildly--some tried their best, others were more interested in micromanaging or playing favorites. Advancement felt more political than performance-based, and good employees were often overlooked while others coasted by doing the bare minimum. If you're thinking of buying a car here, double-check everything and don't rely too heavily on the CarMax "stamp of approval." If you're considering working here, just know that the culture isn't nearly as polished as the commercials make it seem. Disappointed to leave with such a bitter taste, but I can't say I'm surprised. May god look over this company and renew its workforce and maybe they can stay true to there words .

Doral Kia relies on exhaustion tactics and dishonest "errors" to squeeze money out of you. After agreeing on an all-in down payment, we were forced to wait 2.5 hours to see the finance manager. We literally had to pack our stuff and threaten to walk before they suddenly became "available." The real issues started in the finance office. Despite our clear agreement, the finance manager tried to sneak the 1st month's payment and tag/title/tax fees on top of my total out-of-pocket amount. I was so fed up at that point I walked out of his office, out the main door of the dealership, and got in my car to leave. The General Manager actually ran out to the parking lot to stop me, apologizing and re-confirming the original deal. When I sat back down for the 2nd time, the finance manager AGAIN tried to sneak in the fees. When I called him out, he removed them instantly without even checking with the GM, proving it was intentional. I eventually got the deal I wanted, but only because I fought for it and because I know to read every line of the contract. I feel sorry for anyone who gets duped by this dealership. This is my 5th Kia, first with Doral Kia, and my LAST with Doral Kia!
