Every time I come here, there seems to be some kind of problem, whether it's a delay, overpricing, or another issue that ultimately requires manager involvement. At this point, I would estimate that 99% of my service visits have ended with me having to speak with a manager. My most recent experience was especially disappointing. I brought my car in for a battery replacement, and afterward discovered that approximately $30 in quarters that I kept in a bag inside my vehicle was missing. The change was there before I dropped the car off and was gone when I got it back. On top of that, my car wasn't even washed. After spending more than $500 on a battery replacement, I expect significantly better service, attention to detail, and respect for a customer's vehicle and belongings. I brought my car in to check on leaking antifreeze on Friday at 10:30am. I had signed up and submitted my insurance online before had for their loaner car program. Within 7 minutes of dropping the car off I was contacted by their sales team offering to buy my car, which should have been the first red flag. I was told it might take "a while" and was brought to the loaner car desk. After waiting for about 30 minutes I was told that my insurance was not accepted. I was offered an uber home and back to the shop when ready, or sign up with their rental car company with a deposit and their insurance. Not understanding how long this was going to be I took the uber home. No update was given that day. When I called on Saturday I was told it wouldn't be looked at until Monday! When I expressed how unacceptable that was, I was told, "I said it might be a while". I was not provided with a single update until Monday when "someone should reach out shortly". Never happened. On Tuesday I got my quote for the repairs 5 days after I dropped it off. $10,000! I called them to ensure all services were denied, and they tried to have me sell them my car as a down payment towards a new one. Avoid at all costs. read more

I scheduled service 3 seperate times for a BMW I bought here. Each time the appointment was confirmed via a phone call. Each time I went in for service they could not help me either because the machine they needed was not working or they were over booked. I don't understand this. I MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND IT WAS CONFIRMED!!!! How can they confirm the appointment and still be over booked. It makes not sense. The staff is no help either. I've dealt with dealerships across multiple states and even in Germany, and nowhere else has customer service been this bad. The service is beyond bad, their communication skills un-existent, zero care if you have been there 10 minutes or 5 hours. I took my mini to check a nail on the tire, A NAIL, they told me it would take 4 DAYS because they were too busy (even though I had an appt) and they would give me a rental, ok, I guess... After ONE HOUR waiting for the rental I get a video message saying they are checking the car and to text/call back if I have questions. I write back, no answer, I call back, no answer, so I wait to get a quote, which comes up for $350 to change ONE TIRE. No one told me no rental was coming, that they were checking the car but I took it as a positive that I would get my car back, and I wait... 3 HOUR LATER, literally, i walk in to the dealer again like hey whats up with my car?? Since 10:30 am checking on a nail and its 1:30pm, and they tell me to wait still. AT 2:30PM I get another notification from their app but with no visible new info, I get up and ask whats going on, they tell me no news, just a new video, which theres no new video in the app, in here I start questioning if this guy knows what he's talking about.... ANOTHER hour goes by, by now 3:30, i've been at the dealership 5 HOURS so I walk to the guy again, and when he sees me come in he jumps up with a "OH LOOK! your car is ready now", they changed the tire (for $350!) 20 more minutes to bring the car out, and the guy tells me oh sorry. I washed it but with the rain it got wet again, car front full of bugs and interior still dirty) which ok fine, don't wash it, but why lie.... So in summary, this guy called Mateo is getting trained by this prick that gives zero s about his clients. The trainee is lost, not checking calls or messages, the trainer is in la la land just walking around for coffee and avoiding us in the waiting room after seeing us for 5 hours waiting on a nail... We currently lease an electrical vehicle from braman and had an issue with the car. We called them and immediately they scheduled and sent us a tow truck using Braman Roadaide assistance. Tow truck came lightening quick and the guy was super nice. I'll post pics of the truck and my car. I had a great experience buying my first car at this dealership. Juan was my fav, super genuine and professional and Mauro was helpful as well. Also the guy who did the financial part and the paper work was kind and helpful (I forgot his name) Even thought we weren't one of the "heavy" costumers (many purchase there VERY expansive luxuries cars) they treated us like VIP. I purchased the car but had to fly out and they held it for me for two weeks, then they delivered it to my house. The car is pre-owned in TOP TIER condition. It had extra parts, all the paper work, I feel like a got the most amazing car for half of the price of a brand new JCW, but it feels new in every aspect. Before you go to Braman BMW Miami read this: After a good year of not requiring repairs to my Beemer, Braman sent a coupon for 3 free oil changes. I took my car in to redeem the coupon. During the wait, the service guy said the car needed new spark plugs and gave me a $500 estimate. I declined because I was on a schedule. The car was ready at 10 AM but the service guy didn't tell me until 2 PM. Flash forward to recently, the car reported a malfunction. A reputable BMW shop found that a spark plug blew out and through a valve cover. Another plug was found loose. Do you see where this is going? During a routine oil change, Braman BMW mechanics handled the car's spark plugs in order to provide an unsolicited estimate and failed to secure the plugs after their unsolicited inspection. Their failure resulted in this catastrophic malfunction. In a previous incident that I could not prove, Braman BMW partially repaired the coolant system instead of fixing the entire failing system knowing it was close to the end of the warranty period. I eventually had to have the car towed back to Braman in order to repair the entire system including the part they originally repaired which I had would have to pay out of pocket. DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED AT BRAMAN MOTORS MIAMI. It's unfortunate that their collision center is probably the best in Miami. If I ever get a dent, I will need to take it to another BMW collision center. DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED OR REPAIRED AT BRAMAN MOTORS MIAMI. Thank you hearing me out. My experience here was so disappointing it deserves to be shared. I arrived at the dealership fully prepared to purchase a vehicle that same day. I knew exactly which model I wanted and came with one simple request: to test drive it. Instead, my interaction with sales representative Waleed Radwan was surprisingly dismissive. Rather than offering a test drive or taking the time to show other available vehicles, he seemed rushed and uninterested. The conversation quickly turned into pressure to place a down payment to order a much more expensive vehicle configured in a way I never asked for. When I explained that I simply wanted to find the car I truly loved--not necessarily the most expensive one--his response was to suggest I should "look at Lexus." Being told by a BMW salesperson to go buy a Toyota product instead of being assisted properly was honestly shocking. So I left. Shortly afterward I visited BMW South Miami, where the experience was completely different. Their team was professional, helpful, and within a short time they located the exact vehicle I wanted--the same one Mr. Radwan insisted did not exist anywhere. I purchased it that same day. The contrast between the two dealerships could not have been clearer. BMW is a luxury brand built on experience and reputation. When a customer walks in ready to purchase and leaves feeling dismissed and judged, something has gone very wrong. I brought my electric I4 in for a nail in the tire. It took 2 days to fix it. They said I needed a whole new tire-and sent me a video of a tire that was disintegrating!! I have only had the car for 5 months and barely drive it. I asked how that happened and the advisor said he had no idea-I don't even think it was my tire. After waiting 20 minutes to pick up my car-they handed it back to me with a filthy tire and a gash in the rim!! This service is a mess and Jomar, the service advisior, is incredibly nasty. This is the first and last time I will use Braman. So awful and disappointing. He is very knowledgeable and makes sure that we are taken care of to 100% satisfaction. We were there again this past Monday to get a final inspection of our X3 so that we could buy out our lease. All was done thoroughly and quickly so that we could do it all in one day and not have to come back again the next day. They have a nice customer lounge so that you can be comfortable while waiting. No fold up chairs at this reputable place! We also wish to thank Scarlett for her helpfulness on the Sales side! Upon taking the car to a certified mechanic, it was found that the car did not need any repairs. The estimates were unethical and underminds the nature of an ethical run business. I've owned 8 BMWs, but am currently driving other vehicles. I decided that it was time to sell my Porsche and had been considering getting back into a BMW. I did my research, understood what stock looked like, and wanted to speak to a sales advisor about a test drive and pricing. First try went to a sales guy who listened to me for 30 seconds and asked if he could give me a call right back. I never heard from him. Two days later, I did receive an email stating that he was "sorry he missed me today" and that I should "reach out to him at a time that was more convenient for me" - odd since I actually spoke with him two days ago at a time that was very convenient for me. What is weird is that it not only took him two days to get back to me, but he didn't even try to call me back. Second try, I called and reached another sales advisor. I met him for a test drive and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also gave me some very good tips about selling my existing vehicle. I thought to myself that this seemed like a guy who I'd be comfortable buying a car from. The next day, I texted him with the specs of the car that I wanted and asked him to email me with pricing details. He texted me back "OK", but that was the last I heard from him. No pricing. No follow-up. Four days later, I bought a new car from another dealer. I'd think that returning calls from an interested customer is a very low bar, but, obviously, they've failed to meet it. Unfortunately, our recent experiences with the BMW service department have been the worst we've ever encountered with any company. During our last service visit, none of the fluids were topped off, and the tires were not rotated -- something I confirmed by marking them beforehand. When we noticed these issues, we tried contacting the manager, but he refused to take our call and instead relayed a message through the service representative, suggesting there might be a leak. This lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable. Our leases are about to expire, and we will not be giving Braman any further business. Even though we had planned to purchase another Hyundai Kona (we paid cash for our current one), we'll be taking our business elsewhere -- the same goes for our BMW 4 Series and 3 Series. Over the years, we've met many great employees at Braman, but it's clear that the turnover has affected service quality. After the most recent service on my 4 Series, I had to take the car to an independent, reputable shop just to verify whether the oil had even been changed, as the engine bay looked untouched. I'll be presenting a full report, including findings from the independent inspection, to the General Manager next week. UPDATE: I went to Braman to sell my lease back to them after they said they wanted to buy it and give me equity. I was then urged by the salesperson not to lease another car from another brand, and that they will make me a deal on a new BMW. Skeptical, I entertained the offer. I was promised by the salesperson that I would receive a 2,346 discount off MSRP +1000 in equity for the purchase of my vehicle. I was also offered a 2,000$ credit off MSRP via Email from the GM. Lowe and behold, I was paired with Anthony again to do the numbers. As I reviewed the numbers, I noticed that there was no discount reflected in the deal. I asked Anthony and the sales person several times to show me where the discount was applied -- after being pressed to point to where the discount was applied, Anthony admitted that he can't, because it wasn't! I also used the dealer calculator to price the vehicle, which came out MUCH lower than what was being offered. They told me that the calculator was not accurate. (Why provide customers with a calculator if it's inaccurate?) I asked them to explain where the inaccuracies are in the dealer's calculator on their website. Finally, Anthony admitted that they were trying to lease me the vehicle above MSRP "market price" and that's why the numbers varied. Basically they were trying to sell me mangos for five dollars that really should be sold for one dollar, then told me they would discount it by two dollars, trying to make me think like I was getting a deal. When in fact, I was just getting ripped off "less." I understand market conditions and supply and demand, but they made it seem like I was paying MSRP AND getting a deal when in fact, I was not. This was confirmed by Anthony several hours and wasted days later. I walked away and will never go back to Braman BMW. There is a culture of dishonesty that is unbearable. They don't care about locals or loyal customers, only international clientele that don't care about being ripped off. Perhaps there is too much testosterone, as the only female employees are the ones working the reception area. This was a classic bait n switch, mixed with false advertising. Today, I visited Braman, prompted by numerous letters from General Manager Mauricio, asserting the need for my car in stock and promising a favorable deal. However, my experience today was far from satisfactory. Upon leasing in June 2021, I was assured by the sales rep and financing department that I could "exchange the vehicle about 6 months earlier without any fees" and upgrade within the loyalty program. Unfortunately, this turned out to be misleading. Firstly, I was quoted around $4000 to trade in earlier, contradicting the terms presented during the initial lease. This unexpected charge equates to approximately 6 months of payments. Secondly, the proposed monthly lease price for a higher-class vehicle was nearly 2.5 times my current payment, a stark contrast to the promised the loyalty program. Braman's notion of loyalty is perplexing. I was offered the same series I have for an additional $400, requiring a $7000 down payment, which hardly qualifies as a favorable deal for a vehicle below $45,000. Moreover, the $4000 charge for returning the car before the 36 months feels like prepaying for the privilege of returning early, further highlighting the questionable practices at Braman. In conclusion, my experience has been disappointing, and the misleading practices I encountered reflect poorly on the general manager and the financing department. I am left with no choice but to wait until the 36-month mark, pay the disposition fee, and seek a more trustworthy alternative for my future automotive needs. read more

We live in CO and are in the process of ordering a BMW. Unfortunately, with the current market and chip shortage, the local lots are almost empty. No lot near us has the interior colors we were interested in. We wanted to view them in person before ordering. Since were coming to Miami for a trip, I decided to look to see if any dealership in the area had the interior colors. Braman had them. So we decided to stop in. When we initially came in, a man in the room to the right when you enter the door (it had the samples on the wall in there), sitting closest to the door helped us. We made clear our intent and that it would not be resulting in a sale. He sat back down at his desk and left us. We then went out into the larger showroom and as we were looking inside a vehicle there, Abelardo Khouri, came over to help us. We also told him why we were there. He said that it was okay (that it wouldn't be a sale) and that he didn't mind helping us. He got the keys to open the vehicle on the floor to look at the seats. He then walked us around the dealership and to the used car building as that is where the other color was supposed to be. While we couldn't find that car, he took the time and walked us all around looking for it. So the reason for this review is to give credit to Abelardo Khouri and maybe send some business his way! If we lived local, I would have definitely worked with him so that he received the sale. We had a great experience during our purchase experience of our new Mini. Henry was our salesperson and did a great job educating us on the market value, features and worked a little magic on the pricing. Once we signed off on the car we saw Jerome in the finance department who was amazing. He explained all the option and was very transparent during the entire process which we appreciated.
