    We currently lease an electrical vehicle from braman and had an issue with the car. We called them and immediately they scheduled and sent us a tow truck using Braman Roadaide assistance. Tow truck came lightening quick and the guy was super nice. I'll post pics of the truck and my car. In the evening hours they advised our car had a few recalls and service so they provided us a loaner. Loaner provided was nice and new and our service guy Gary was super cool and friendly. So far I'm providing 4 stars until and this experience was pleasant

    Let me start by telling that I've purchased a few cars from Braman in the last few years. Service is great until you have a different problem. I purchased when I purchased my new car the option of tinted windows. The sales person was eager to sell more product like flat tire Insurance, and so I was happy to be insured. Now, when my tinted window is bubbling and I've been calling for the last two month, the dealership to have it fixed, and they do not have a technician. I am getting the runaround the Sales manager Neil will not pick up the phone. The finance manager blows me off and I've been transferred today for five different very polite and nice receptionist. That's as far as you can go in BREMAN BMW. I AM TRULY DISAPPOINTED FROM THE LUCK OF INTEREST OF THE DEALERSHIP TO ASSIST AFTER THEY SOLD ME THE PRODUCT. To take my money super-fast to fix the problem - A BIG RUNAROUND NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE. Service transfer me to Sales sales to finance, finance to SERVICE receptionist after receptionist. THIS IS NOT THE LEVEL OF SERVICE I EXPECT FROM BREMAN BMW OF MIAMI.

    This is a review about Braman's Service Department, not the Sales Dept. We have been servicing our BMWs here for 10 years and have always been treated wonderfully, thanks to Chris! He is very knowledgeable and makes sure that we are taken care of to 100% satisfaction. We were there again this past Monday to get a final inspection of our X3 so that we could buy out our lease. All was done thoroughly and quickly so that we could do it all in one day and not have to come back again the next day. They have a nice customer lounge so that you can be comfortable while waiting. No fold up chairs at this reputable place! We also wish to thank Scarlett for her helpfulness on the Sales side! You truly are treated royally by the staff no matter which department you are in.

    Please read before you go to this place ... Be careful of the options they give you and make sure every detail it written before you leave . My first review was very positive about it, because they make you believe you are getting something great , but unfortunately is not and I need to clarify the name of the person is Anthony Marte he is the Finance Coordinator .... he tried very hard to sell a package for "peace of mind" in which the care of the tires was covered and of course we accepted because we know the price of any kind of services on this car and we wanted to be protected ... but when the moment when we needed to use this "package" arrived , it was not what this person sold us at all , and we had to paid full price of the service and every monthly premium for nothing at all. .... We tried to contact him several times but he didn't even respond our emails or calls , at the end it was not his problem anymore !! . This is very very unprofessional service and not what you expect for a BWM dealer ... My recommendation do not buy or lease you car here they are money seekers who only shows nice the 1st day .... Very disappointed

    THEY ARE SCAMMERS! My cat stopped stopped working because of a battery problem it got towed here and ended up having an engine issue. My cat is under 50k miles and they are not trying to cover because of the wrong oil being put in the engine by a shop. They fail to show any proof that this is what's causing my issue. Freddy is horrible at communicating! Answering the phone! Giving any type of proof before having me pay 50k. Do not give these people your money!

    They're thieves. $500 per hour labor rate when the mechanics make $50. $9000 for a front differential rebuild. They should be shut down.

    Disappointed With Follow-Up and Customer Service…read more I hired Illumine Mobile Mechanics LLC to install AMP power step boards on my 2010 Ford F-250 Super Duty. I wanted to support a young business owner and give him an opportunity. Carlos was polite during the scheduling process, and the installation appointment was set for April 29, 2026, at 9:00 AM. The labor charge was $335. My concern is not only the installation itself, but the lack of follow-up after the job. Shortly after the installation, I noticed that the lights for the power steps were not working. I contacted Carlos and let him know. His response was that it was "extremely common" for those lights not to work and that everything had been installed correctly. He said he could come check it, but because I was not going to be home that day, I told him not to make a special trip and to stop by the next time he was in the area. He never followed up or came back to look at the issue. Later, the power steps stopped working properly. One step stayed in the lowered position, while the other would not retract correctly, and the system stopped functioning as it should. When I contacted Carlos and asked if he could take a look, he told me it would require a $95 diagnostic fee. I was disappointed because I had already reported an issue with the installation right after the work was completed, and that issue was never checked. Carlos pointed out that it had been one month and 19 days since the installation, which was accurate. However, the original concern was reported immediately after the install, and there was no follow-through. I have also used Carlos for other work on my Ford F-250, including a difficult radio installation. That job was eventually completed by someone else because it required more specific expertise. I did not hold that against him because I understand some installs can become more complex than expected. However, with the power step boards, my concern is the lack of follow-up and customer service. I believe this is a teachable moment for a young business owner. Skill matters, but follow-through matters just as much. When a customer reports a problem immediately after an installation, the business should make a reasonable effort to inspect the work before charging another diagnostic fee. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Illumine Mobile Mechanics LLC for this type of installation. If you decide to use this business, understand that you may not receive the follow-up or customer support you expect if something goes wrong after the job.

We service our Mercedes GLE 350 here, and as anyone knows, those repairs are not cheap. But we have always felt the pricing is fair and transparent, and most importantly, trustworthy. Felipe often tells us when something can safely wait instead of rushing to replace parts right away , something many other mechanics wouldn't do. The entire team is friendly, professional, and very upfront. You always feel respected and well taken care of. Being a woman, mechanics tend to take advantage of my "lack" of mechanic knowledge, but I did not feel that way in this shop. Felipe and his team are passionate about European cars. They are a group of young fellows who actually own cars like mine. Good sign. They took care of replacing the fuel filter and the belt system. Felipe also pointed out some other minor issues I needed to take care of, but overall, I was very satisfied with the results. Obviously, their prices are cheaper than the dealer, but they are a bit high in comparison to other regular mechanics. However, their location is so convenient for me, only 10 minutes from my office, that I will definitely come back.
