I personally rarely have urgent deadlines to buy items, so I prefer to shop at places like Homesense, Winners and Marahalls, where prices are cheaper, but I may not find what I'm looking for on a particular visit. The store is bright, large and spacious. Staff are nice. Not my kind of store personally, but I can see the appeal and I like that they are a Canadian company. The store is in a plaza (same plaza are Ikea and Corbeil Appliances). Lots of free parking.

Prior to delivery, I went in to discuss this with the salesperson and managers who agreed it wasn't required. The managers, Janis and Katie were unbelievably rude for customer service and Katie even agreed that it wasn't needed. I will certainly share my experience with anyone looking to shop there. They are strictly looking for you to spend your $8000 and walk out the door. To the owner, perhaps a staff refresh is in order?

We loved that it's a local store and we try to support local in our purchases whenever possible. They have a variety of furniture on the floor as well as decor of all kinds. The team at Blueprint Home was absolutely great! Karrie and Kim were very knowledgeable and helpful when we explained to them what we were looking for. We could tell that they are passionate about what they do and actually care about providing excellent service to their clients. We ended up buying a Lind leather couch and love seat for a good deal. We ordered them in July and we were expecting to receive them at the end of November, but the shipment arrived early November instead. It was a pleasant surprise! The white glove delivery experience was amazing and we're very content with our overall experience with Blueprint Home. We're planning on going back to get more furniture and decor there in the future. We highly recommend them!

I asked the manager whether I was able to able to exchange the product for another item and if there are able to manually write down the item for which i had a receipt for and was still declined. When the manager noticed my frustration, in-order to get rid of me I was told to please go ahead and make a complaint if i was not happy about the service. Me personally being in the customer service business I definitely though this was highly un-professional and that this situation could have been dealt with better or for CT to have a back-up plan in place.

It is hard not to find anything at HomeSense that is not priced reasonably. Like other reviewers have mentioned, since it is located on Merivale Road, it should be avoided on the weekends. Not only that but avoid this location on Monday's as well, the stock is usually low, and the store is left with all the "left overs" from the weekend, that did not sale. Usually give it a day or two for the staff to load up the shelves with new goodies after their weekend rush. Best time to shop is Tuesday-Friday in the evening or morning. Minus the drive on Merivale the trip to Homesense was pretty good. This Homesense is massive! There are a lot of items at this store and like most Homesense's the stock changes weekly. There were a lot of items for the house, some nice, some awfully hard to look at! The good thing about this Homesense is that there are a lot of items for pretty reasonable prices. I was refunded 40% but had to be subjected to a lot of stress and frustration ! The entire situation from my initial purchase in May was "resolved " end of August ! Please be advised if your considering purchasing from them they are super negligent with communication and not willing to cancel orders and if your item is not in stock will take MONTHS! !!
