They would never suggest something that wasn't necessary and their prices are fantastic. They are up-front about what it will cost and will call to clear it with you before starting work. So I searched Yelp and learned of Inline X Automotive's reputation. Inline X is serious about delivery great service. Phone calls are handled promptly and professionally. When walking in, I received a very positive greeting that made me feel like my business was truly appreciated. Even if a simple oil change. I have called an learned my date preference wasn't available but loved the reasons - one weekend a member of the crew was getting married and everyone wanted to go. The only other time was before a Holiday and the owner wanted his team to get off work on time. Every aspect of the customer experience seems thought out. Waiting area is nice but not overdone. Music is nice and upbeat but not too loud. The waiting space is clean. I even received a holiday card and I only visited Inline X three times. When bringing in my car for more major issues, Nhia explained his findings in lay person terms and provided me options. There was no hint of disappointment or degradation of service when I selected the low or mid tier repair option. I don't like coughing up dollars for auto repaired any more than the next guy. However, Inline X is the type of business I like to support knowing I receive value for the dollars I spend and I am supporting an independent business owner who knows how to deliver service and run a business. I took it to a tire place and they filled it with a spray and called it good. The next day it was flat again. Took it in to HomeTown and met Clint, the owner. He was very nice and approachable. They dipped the tire in soapy water to see if there was any air leaking out and found three holes in it! They even brought out the tire to show me the holes! They were able to fill the holes with plugs but honestly told me I'm probably going to need new tires soon... which I had already suspected. Granted they didn't do any mechanical work to my car, I trust their judgment and like that they are family-owned. I'm planning on returning for auto work. Hoping they feel comfortable working on imports!

I arrived one minute after the phone call to see 2 mechanics standing at the desk. I suggest you lock out your 6:30 appointments on car advise if you don't honor them. I went to automotive school and worked at Valvoline. It never takes an hour to change oil. At our service center as professionals we never turned customers away to leave early.
