I went in just to see when they could schedule me in and Tim said "How about right now?" So why would I go anywhere else?

I have NOT bought a Car since 2006 and was never the type to Keeping Up with the Jones. Anyways I notice when going to work early morning my Chevy Trailblazer (Who I named Old Faithful) was reving really hard. As I continued to drive it out to where I had to go the Check Engine light went on. I had this problem before which is an Engine Misfire. On one of the Sparkplugs and Cylinders. I had contact my relative and she sent me to Midas In Eden Prairie, MN. Boy DID I MAKE A BIG MISTAKE. Midas told me I had to replace a whole cylinder head!! IT was gonna cost me $6k!! That is like a good used car! On top of that they we're inspecting other parts of the car that was not necessary! Unfortunately, I had to pay $122 for the diagnostic but I by change had contacted on Craig's List another Mechanic who referred me to Erik. I had told Erick and he himself was shocked at my story! He new Midas was BS-ing and I went to him. My engine was still fine! I just needed new spark plugs which he believed Midas technicians damage by pulling it out the improper way and new great quality coils which I should have don vs buying from Ebay. All in All I only spent $400 and my engine was running great. Please come over here! He won't rip you off with Lies about the car! 5 stars in my book especially coming from Chicago, IL.

We originally brought a Mazda CX-5 to Christian Brothers Automotive in Lakeville for a pre-purchase inspection. The technicians performed a very detailed inspection, and Chuck, Vince, and Nick each took the time to personally look over and drive the vehicle as well. They explained everything they found, answered every question we had, and ultimately advised us to walk away from the purchase. While that was disappointing at the time, it almost certainly saved us from buying a vehicle that would have cost us far more down the road. We kept looking and eventually found a Lexus RX 350, which we also brought to Christian Brothers for another pre-purchase inspection. Once again, the technicians did an outstanding job, and Chuck, Vince, and Nick each took the time to review the vehicle, explain their findings, and answer our questions. They confirmed the Lexus was a solid vehicle and gave us confidence moving forward with the purchase. The inspection wasn't just a checklist. It was an education. They walked us through the vehicle, explained what they were seeing, pointed out what mattered, what didn't, and what we should expect down the road. Their advice also helped us negotiate the purchase price, saving us $500, which more than covered the cost of both inspections. What impressed me most, though, was the people. Every interaction with Chuck, Vince, and Nick was friendly, transparent, and genuine. What really stood out was how much they cared about the outcome. After we left to buy the Lexus, it was already late and we weren't able to finish the purchase that evening. Before we left, Chuck asked me to give him a call the next day because he wanted to know how everything turned out, whether we were able to buy the Lexus, and whether his advice had helped. He didn't have to do that. It wasn't part of the inspection. It showed me that they genuinely cared about helping us find the right vehicle, not just completing another service. Christian Brothers Automotive is more than 30 minutes from my home, and I'll gladly make that drive. They'll be servicing not only this Lexus, but all of my family's vehicles going forward. Buying a used vehicle can be stressful, especially when you're trying to make the right decision for your family. For us, this wasn't just buying another used car. This was buying our daughter's first vehicle, and we wanted to know we were making the right decision. Christian Brothers Automotive helped us do exactly that. Thank you to Chuck, Vince, Nick, the technicians, and everyone else at Christian Brothers Automotive in Lakeville. We truly appreciate everything you did for our family! -Derek

I love this automotive company. Here's just a FEW reasons why:…read more * Service: They treat all their customers with respect. They care about relationships and building trust. They openly communicate through every service experience and always go above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy, satisfied, and understanding of the service performed. I especially love how they also treat my car with great respect and care. They do a fabulous job at not getting the interior dirty or greasy, which is hard when you're working under those conditions that are not the cleanest. I really really like this element. Quality: If at any point your unsatisfied or quality is not up to par they will bend over backwards to make it right. They pride themselves on quality across the board and it shows - from their craftsmanship, to employed team members, to service. The quality speaks volumes here. Value: They are ethically priced and will not do what it takes to ensure the customer spends more OR gets ripped off. They treat every customer with respect - male and female - and often times will proves additional incentives or discounts if the work order is high to ensure you get some money off. I love how they also offer a free oil change incentive after you get 5. It's a nice little perk and makes me feel great when I reach the free oil change. Small Biz Values: I appreciate their faith-based approach to how they operate their business. I'm a faith-driven person and respect companies who are able to operate to their personal standards, values, and moral compass. I like seeing the cards in the front office from local kids and satisfied customers expressing their thanks and gratitude. I love the music they play in the front office as well - very calming, encouraging and faith-driven. The last thing I love is the on-site rides they offer to customers who are getting work performed. It's so handy being able to be dropped off or picked up free of charge by them and shows they are valuing my time as well. This is a great automotive company that supports our local communities and does such a great job of lifting up the values of other small businesses around them. Thank you Christian Brothers Automotive for always striving for perfection and treating me as a dedicated customer!!

It is not easy to find a trustworthy shop that will not try to overcharge you or charge you for work that wasn't done well. I can tell you that if i do not want to work on my car, this is the place that I like to go to for repairs. They have done some extensive repairs for me in the past but now the next generation is coming up and driving. My son wanted some noises investigated on his car that were driving him crazy, I didn't have a lift to look under the entire car. I asked him to stop by Main Street Automotive and they would take good care of him. My son, a 21 year old stopped by there after he got off of work to see how they could help fix his car. They treated my kid like they should, they were friendly and polite, they also explained things to my son who isn't interested in working on cars or had much know-how. My son didn't feel like they rushed him or talked down to him and as always, they do a good job. I even called to get the details from the mechanic on details that my son didn't know. They were happy to explain to me what the issues were and when i mentioned a noise that my son hadn't brought up, he said, "Yeah I heard that and I fixed that too, at no charge." it was just a shield vibrating underneath the car, it just took a minute. I will continue to refer people here for service. They deserve it.

Seriously, the warmest folks ever. Their prices are a bit higher than elsewhere, but it is justified by their quality of work, communication, and kindness. They will inform you of any issues they identify on your car but are not at all pushy about getting the work done there. I'm not religious and was originally worried that I might feel uncomfortable coming here, but it's been nothing but a positive experience all around!
