Seriously, the warmest folks ever. Their prices are a bit higher than elsewhere, but it is justified by their quality of work, communication, and kindness. They will inform you of any issues they identify on your car but are not at all pushy about getting the work done there. When I got the car to his service center he even took the extra step to make sure the battery would be delivered in time even with the snow storm. The battery was installed and the car works fine. He did what he could in the time he had available to get me on the road. No discussion about things he couldn't fix in the time available, just take the obvious first step to get me down the road and sort other problems later if that wasn't the whole repair necessary.

I knew finding the source of the leak wasn't gonna be within my own capabilities, so searched repair places online and found Eric's Repair (with good reviews) nearby; gave them a call to schedule their soonest available opening. It was three days away, but from chatting with them over the phone, they sounded confident they'd be able to assist in the repair needed. Dropped her off as soon as they opened at 8AM on Friday. They'd let me know they were only open for a half day until noon, but they'd do their best to get everything diagnosed at the least prior to close. My husband dropped me off at work and by 930AM, I'd been sent a text and email with a link to the diagnosis (complete with pictures and detailed explanations) so I could authorize (or decline) the work. It also included the breakdown of cost for parts and labor required. It was really impressive! I've never had an auto repair place be so transparent and thorough! Everything looked reasonable, so I authorized the work and they got right to it, in fact they even had my car all fixed up before close! I wasn't able to go grab it because I had a late shift myself, but they were totally cool with housing her over the weekend inside their garage (which was especially kind since there was some inclement weather and I do keep her garaged). I was able to go in and pick up first thing Monday morning. I chose to pay there at the office, though there was an option available to pay via an online portal too. Their front office is super cute actually, with a toolchest coffee maker and an engine block table. Seemed decent if you needed to wait for a quick oil change or easy repair. Bathroom is available if needed too. I noticed right away while driving the short distance home that my baby is better. Better than expected even. She used to have a pretty significant engine rattle while idling and at certain RPMs between gears. That rattle is GONE, and it felt like she was gliding effortlessly down the road. These guys fixed a 5+ year old problem! I'm so grateful!! All the employees I interacted with during this seemed friendly and courteous. I can assuredly say that the next time I need an auto repair (which, admittedly, I hope isn't any time soon), I'll be coming back here again. Highly recommend these guys. They're doing it right in a day and age where not every place does.

I no longer use Geico but I still trust this shop because of their honesty and transparency. The management here cares about its customers. ------------------------------------------- I had damage to my headlight mount and took my car here as part of an insurance claim. I would have never gotten this repair done because the estimate from Geico (that I provided the shop) was 1147, for something I would have just ducked taped had I not thought I would only be on the hook for my $500 deductible. I send the shop my estimate from Geico, they tell me they'll work with Geico if anything doesn't add up correctly. The part turns out to be on back order and arrives 3 weeks later, I take my car in, a few hours later I pick my car up with a bill for $1930. By this time, Geico had already sent me a check based on their estimate. Geico says the shop over charged me on both parts and labor. The part should have been just over $1000 but the shop charged me $1461, and labor in the area averages $65/hour but this shop charges $145/hour. Geico is refusing to do anything about it and the shop, as of now, is going with "these are our rates, we are a business, blah blah." Shame on me for not doing my homework. I trusted this shop as I had brought my car here many times for regular maintenance but I was clearly gouged and very disappointed with my experience.

Not five minutes into pulling over, a very generous woman who looked to be in her mid-twenties, wearing glasses, and was driving a dope blue car which I believe was a Toyota FJ60/62 (?) Either way, she dropped her dog off and told us if we were still there she would help us out. She came back just a few minutes later and picked us up and brought us to the O'Reilly just a few minutes away. We told her about this being the second time this has happened and she gave us great advice about our beater of a Ford Escape and how we should get a diagnostic test, check our oil dipstick a lot more frequently than we currently do, and to possibly check if our coolant had a leakage. Before she dropped us off, she told us how her father runs Expedition Autoworks and that it would be worth checking out. I've never once heard of this place as I don't live near the area, but the next time I need car maintenance I will absolutely check out Expedition Autoworks knowing the kindness that woman showed me and my boyfriend today. I wish I would've caught her name, but knowing that there's family of the person who helped us today, I will definitely make the drive and take my business to Expedition Autoworks.
